Not so much about the vehicles but would help feeling safe driving and reliable. More so about customer service. Very friendly, courteous and quick staffs especially Stephany and Ryan, even previous employees. Would recommend this Melrose location any time any day.

The employees were very kind and accommodating. The SUV drove like a dream, and got surprisingly good gas mileage.

They didn't have the Premium Sedan I reserved so they gave me the Ford Escape instead. Great car. And great service from the agents at the Melrose location.
