“Brand new store. There were hardly no clients though. Had the entire place almost completely to myself. Staff member at the cash register was very friendly and polite and full of joy. Store has big selection. Parking lot almost empty though. Hope people find it.”
“Dollar tree keeps raising the prices and when you compare a price per ounce for that product you can buy elsewhere. You know you're paying way too much so I'll stop shopping there. Primarily. Just pop in and who once a while maybe buy something plastic but other things are just cost us way too high. They have priced themselves out of the market”

“This is a plaza Dollar General so it is relatively limited on space but it is well designed and straight forward. It's clean, very little clutter. Items are well stocked as well. Did not interact with any staff though.”
“This is a bias review due to many reasons I will not comment on but I have seen this store go from a 2 to an 8. Every dollar tree is different and has different things so I have found a few prizes here. Parking is always available. Employees were friendly and working.”
“Always can come in and get to what I'm looking to buy quick and be in and out in less than 20mins. Checkout lines are usually fast. A wide variety of items are sold here, not just clothes, including car accessories, shoes, toys, kitchenware, etc.”
“Wow, has this FAMILY DOLLAR, stepped up their game in All aspects in this store. Clean,neat,and stocked. You can actually push a cart through the store and pick up all your wants and needs. Might I, add the new young lady Kelly. who is Smiling and eager to help you find anything you need in the store. “The store is under newer management but the shelf’s are stocked and the employees are great! Don’t judge a worker as rude he might just be different! This store is definitely getting better than it used to be!”
“It was great and the cashier really knew what she was doing when it came to speed and efficiency. I didn't, however, appreciate the fact that the receipt wasn't given to me when i purchased a bunch of clearance items. I went in there twice, and she specifically asked me the first time if i wanted it, to which i said yes. I wasn't asked or given one wirh my transaction of a lot more clearance items, though. I was so super impressed with the skills of the girl working, that i didn't think to ask for one. Idk if everything rang up as it was marked to ring up as ....”
“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“This is a great Dollar General. It is very spacious, very clean and well organized. There is very little clutter throughout this store. The staff went above and beyond as well, saving me from a very expensive battery cord purchase.

“I am currently in Roanoke to train some stores for my company. The Manager, Lynn. was awesome!! I needed to stock up on some supplies for myself and the local store that I am working at. Lynn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of where I could locate everything that I needed. I was in a hurry so she assisted me so I could find things that I needed in a timely manner. Lynn was was so pleasant, helpful and kind and as a faithful Dollar General customer, I was very impressed on how neat and clean this store was. I actually complimented her on on the organization and cleanliness of this store, based on the bad experiences at other stores.Just before I left we had a quick chat. She is an extremely responsible manager and cares about the store and the customers. Dollar general needs more people Lynn!!”

“The store has really done a lot better over the past year. 2 years ago when I moved in the area this was the worst DG I have ever seen and I am pretty well traveled. Trash always outside, very rude employees, always out of stock, stuff just thrown around it was horrible. Thankfully someone decided it was time for a change and fixed it up nicely. Now if they can just get some good people that want to actually work and not steal or help people they know come in and steal it would be a great store for the location.”
