“Recommended for spectacular savings on mostly outdoor equipment, active clothing and sports accessories.
Quality varies, but there's plenty of name brands.
The store is attractive. It's like Marshalls, but outdoors -oriented. Actually part of TJ Maxx/Marshalls group.
Staff that helped were friendl and attentive , but seemed not completely aware of what all is in there.
I was looking for something specific that they did not stock. I did find a number of items that I had been eyeing for some time and so snapped them up at a discount

“I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I have to! My experience at HomeGoods on West Broad was simply the best! 10,000,000/10 for customer service! I dropped my AirPods case while shopping, and lost one. I was so upset as they were a recent birthday gift. I’m not usually one to speak up, but I mentioned leaving my number at checkout incase, and Miss Tee, the head manager, and her team—Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—stepped in right away. Miss Tee and Romi blocked off the aisle while scanning the ends of the row, while Zelda was moving items on the bottom racks, searching too. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Jaysean—he was right there with me, face on the floor, shining a light under the shelves—he was a real one for that!! We ended up finding it, and I joked that without them, I would’ve driven home and cried? But, their care was so genuine; I was deeply grateful. I hugged them and thanked them personally. Miss Tee, Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—thank you again. You are all awesome! ?? #givethemaraise LOL”

“I always love TJ Maxx. I had never been to the one in Short Pump until yesterday. It's a really nice well organized store. I came in for my favorite Humble deodorant and got that and started looking through the makeup. I always look for eye shadow palettes and Buxom lip products. I found most of the makeup geared towards darker skin with bright colors and brown lipsticks. I saw some light shades of pink in Buxom but not what I was looking for. I move on to body wash, hand soap and lotions and was pleasantly surprised at all of the lovely selections. I chose a few things here. The food selection was minimal compared to other TJ Maxx stores. I usually stock up on items here that I usually don't find at any other store. I move on to the pet area which was nice. I found my favorite Sand and Fog dog shampoo in a very large bottle for only $12.99. I have two small dogs and this will last for awhile and it smelled amazing! My boyfriend was waiting in the car because we had my two dogs and he had a guy begging for money outside the car and kept yelling at him and harassing other customers in the parking lot. He warned me while I was in the store that this was happening and told me to be careful. As I was just finishing up shopping he texted again and said the guy was coming into the store and to be aware. I made sure to carefully find my way to the register, check out and leave. My suggestions would be to try and stock a variety of colors on makeup and food items. Please keep an eye on your surroundings at all times inside and outside any store because you just never know. Predators are everywhere.”

“I recently visited this Tractor Supply location and was thoroughly impressed! The store is well-maintained and fully stocked, making it easy to find what we needed. The staff is cheerful and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Mason greeted us warmly as we entered and also handled our checkout efficiently. Despite assisting another cashier during our transaction, she remained focused on us and ensured everything went smoothly.
Additionally, I noticed another associate training a new employee with incredible passion. I regret not catching his name, as he seemed like a valuable team member who truly cares about his work and team.
The store seems well staffed too. In a business world focused on profits and efficiency, it was nice seeing a healthy amount of people working at one time.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and great service!”
