“I have NO words to explain how amazing the people at this venue are. We had Kathleen as our coordinator and she went above and beyond from day 1. The comfort I felt when leaving here two years ago when we first signed the contract, to the night of our wedding— this venue felt like home to us. Kathleen ensured everything went at ease and provided such a comfort for our wedding day. Having Kathleen beside me felt like I had a sister who had the answers to everything throughout the entire process (plus her personal fashion is THE BEST). She made everything come to life for me. I just can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. I left telling them if I had 1M dollars to give them, I would.

“I recently hosted a bridal shower for one of my best girls from growing up here. For starters- Andy (one of the fabulous co-owners) parallel parked my car! The space itself is beautiful with lots of natural light, and when I arrived it was all hands on deck for a quick set up. Kiki made it a breeze and Andy continued to go above and beyond throughout the set up, event, and breakdown. In the planning processes Marylee was kind, helpful, and patient handling each aspect with grace and poise.
The bride was moved to tears at the beauty of the event made possible by BrickHouse RVA! We had the best day and I couldn’t recommend it more!
For future events this is the top of my list and I couldn’t recommend it more.”

“Trinity Family Life Center ....Is my favorite place to go work out , it's Clean, Safe Environment makes it Easy to relax & feel Comfortable. They have Sanitizer spray so U won't have 2 Worry about Germs (COVID-19). The Receptionist at the Door & Staff members are professional , kind & polite. Being a member @ Trinity Family Life Center is Fantastic and it's very affordable. So if you want to get in shape , learn to dance , watch an organized Basketball tournament & meet good new people ...Come and join Trinity Family Life Center it'll be the best thing you've for yourself in a long time...PS... “We came to richmond to visit and considered a lot of museums to visit , but we were not lucky to get to any except this museum . I am so happy we did !!! This museum is great and has a lot of history to it and also modern things. I always loved to learn about how people lived centuries ago. Our tour guide was Chris and he is just the best tour guide you would want ! He is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and interesting to listen to . You could just listen to him forever , very good guy and he is gold at what he does ! Great experience, the museum is amazing! Thank you !”
“Local, small gallery that includes art, live music, drinks, and other events. Very good people to meet and work with. If you're an artist, you should definitely check out the place and their website and see how you can participate. They're very welcoming of new artists and their entry process for submitting art for gallery exhibition themes was easy. Generally, the art vibes are dark, moody, and ethereal. The location is a little off to the side from the main Broad Street area, but still worth to take this "detour," especially on First Fridays.”

“I went to a Disney Lorcana tournament at the Greater Richmond Convention Center for 3 days and it was great! Every single staff member was polite, cheerful, and helpful! My group and I had a great time and I would be so happy to visit again for another tournament.
The building was easy to navigate even though it was massive. Plenty of parking options. The bathrooms in all the main areas were upkept with at a high frequency, nothing even ran out for very long at all, and it was clean every time I went in. . The food options were typical fried things, but also some fresh options like salads and fruit cups!”

“I stayed here for a conference a few days ago. I checked in after 10pm. The check-in process went smoothly and I want to acknowledge the receptionist staff who were on duty Sunday night (April 14, 2024) for their exceptional service. When I arrived to my room, I began doing inspections and sanitizing. I noticed bodily fluid-like stains on the beds. I normally bring disposable sheets and pillowcases, but of course there wasn’t a better time to forget them lol. Anyway I expressed my concerns with the receptionist, who contacted the custodial supervisor onsite at the time. I want to applaud the supervisor, Mrs. Patricia, who was responsive and rectified the problem by bringing in new sheets (fresh out of the pack) and ensuring the room was up-to-par. Mrs. Patricia also made sure that I was accommodated for the mishap, to which the receptionist staff offered complimentary breakfast (although the conference I attended there provided the same). Nonetheless, my stay was pleasant overall.Rooms: The rooms have an outdated feel, as far as furniture and setup. However, the rooms gave a cozy feel.Nearby activities: There are some really good restaurants within a mile of the hotel. I didn’t walk to them, but the restaurants are in walking distance. There are also historic sites and shopping opportunities to view within walking distance.”

“Our stay there was perfect we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Because of an ice storm the staff had been there for several days as they were unable to get home and if they could would not be able to get back. We stayed there 20 years ago love the place and the setting. Again the staff was outstanding.”

“Great location and good breakfast! The carpet in the rooms need deep cleaned or updated and showers. There was a big rust stain in the shower. Very uncomfortable trying to shower. Maybe if they remodel a little bit I would stay again. You're really paying for the location. Walk right out to Longhorns and shopping centers and other restaurants ❤️

“I stayed 2 nights and the room was fine. Nothing exciting, the beds were comfortable! Not very many towels and I’m glad I didn’t need more because based on the other reviews, it would’ve been hard to receive more. My friend noted the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and we also found some leftover bread in the kitchen area so I’m assuming a guest forgot it but it wasn’t noticed when cleaning. This isn’t a problem, I just feel like when rooms are being cleaned, no corner should be overlooked. It was a place to sleep and that’s all we needed. I’d recommend if you don’t need anything more, we just ate out and didn’t interact much with staff.”

“I’m staying for work (long stay) this hotel is awesome. The staff up front has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to answer questions, along with helping out. They even (at request of a family member) hooked me up on my birthday. The kitchen staff is amazing. Yes they can be busy at times, patience goes along with that for them. The food is awesome. Yet to have a bad meal. A lot of options in the snack area also. Cleaning staff is super helpful also and does a very thorough job. I’m enjoying my time here for sure.”
