From start to finish, Tommy, Jon, and Dani were on the ball and we never had to worry about anything. Dani was our day of coordinator and she ran the tightest ship and made every possible thing go perfectly and according to schedule. “I recently hosted a bridal shower for one of my best girls from growing up here. For starters- Andy (one of the fabulous co-owners) parallel parked my car! The space itself is beautiful with lots of natural light, and when I arrived it was all hands on deck for a quick set up. Kiki made it a breeze and Andy continued to go above and beyond throughout the set up, event, and breakdown. In the planning processes Marylee was kind, helpful, and patient handling each aspect with grace and poise.
The bride was moved to tears at the beauty of the event made possible by BrickHouse RVA! We had the best day and I couldn’t recommend it more!
For future events this is the top of my list and I couldn’t recommend it more.”

The venue is truly spacious and the layout is fantastic—they've managed to keep the floor plan clear with surprisingly few view-blocking columns. The stage is high and clear for great sight lines. I recommend coming here in cosplay because you feel so awesome and people recognize you, but the merch is also peak!”

“I am all about the vibe of walking in the evening and feeling transported to a different time and place. Everyone just walks and probably doesn't even notice the Old Farmers market that's been converted into a modern-day square restaurants bars entertainment on the weekends great views of the old main Street train station which in itself is a wonderful view from the Farmers market”

“Our son has attended winter camp twice now and has loved each time. We initially sought out this camp due to the inclusive nature and welcoming spirit. Our family is not particularly religious and the camps do a nice job of balancing fun with fellowship. I highly recommend this camp if you’re of the more open minded type.”

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room had so many amenities in the kitchenette including a dishwasher, garbage disposal and full size fridge, all looked brand new. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing was unsanitary. Where this hotel really shone was the staff. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. George who checked me in carried up my luggage since the elevator was out of order. Denise who checked me out was also extremely kind as well. I would definitely stay again.”
“Enjoyed my visit. What I loved best about the place was the architecture and the old fashioned feel of the place. I only stayed overnight so I didn't really have time to explore much.
I did spend time in the gym. They have lots of equipment choices. But some things need addressing. The pelaton didn't work and they didn't have small weights under 20 pounds.
Appreciate the tea options in my room.
Everything in the room worked fine.”

“Hotel was fine. We came at an unfortunate time when they were doing a bunch of construction, but it was okay. The only bad thing was the shower had little to no water pressure. It felt like sometimes you were sprayed in the face by a water bottle. Other than that the stay was good, service was great, and the location was awesome.”
“We had a lovely table in the restaurant looking out towards the river. We had two children and the waitstaff put their order in, had their drinks delivered in plastic cups with a cover and got their food out asap. There for the brunch, and the shrimp and grits was very good. The ricotta pancakes were very good only too much lemon curd sauce ask for it on the side. The chicken and waffles very good. The chicken was very moist and tender.”

“I’m staying for work (long stay) this hotel is awesome. The staff up front has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to answer questions, along with helping out. They even (at request of a family member) hooked me up on my birthday. The kitchen staff is amazing. Yes they can be busy at times, patience goes along with that for them. The food is awesome. Yet to have a bad meal. A lot of options in the snack area also. Cleaning staff is super helpful also and does a very thorough job. I’m enjoying my time here for sure.”
