“Destiny is a rock star. My girlfriend and I rocked up with twelve boxes when the label printer wasn't working, and she didn't bat an eye. She served us, kept the line down, and made sure nobody waited too long, all on her own. I'll be taking all my shipping here from now on. A+ experience.”

“I recently spoke with AJ over the phone, and even though I wasn’t a customer, he took the time to answer my questions and share insights about how his UPS Store operates. I explained that I’m conducting market research on The UPS Store network and how the business model is evolving, and he was incredibly open and thoughtful in discussing the industry, owner sentiment, and what it takes to run a store offering these services. What stood out to me the most—especially as I prepared to write this review—is that AJ responds to almost all Google Reviews. That level of engagement says a lot about the pride he takes in his business, the quality of service he provides, and his commitment to the community he serves. Thank you, AJ, for taking the time to speak with me. Wishing you continued success.”

“I highly recommend Pender Air. I've moved my cat internationally a few times now, and have always had positive experiences with Pender. All staff members are consistently professional, and quick to respond to my questions or concerns about the entire process. This is a company which truly understands the needs of pets and their humans! I would also like to mention Lesley L. in particular, for her dedication in getting our cat from A to B as smoothly as possible. 5 star service.”

“I had to get a few documents notarized and mailed within a short period of time, and the employee who helped us, Robert Conrad, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to his kind assistance, I was able to get those figured out with no issues. I visited several different mail carriers recently, and this location is by far the best and the most professional. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!”

“Craters and Freighters shipped a large painting from DC to New England for me. The service was excellent! They explained the process fully, gave me a clear estimate of cost, called to keep me up to date on when the painting would arrive, packed it in a manner that it was fully protected. Did superb coordination with a local company that picked up the painting from the Craters and Freighters hub nearest to me. The local company, Action Moving and Storage, also was excellent and delivered the painting, removed all the packing materials and brought it into my house, flawlessly. Highest recommendation!!!”

“Some people really should not be allowed to leave reviews. I was unnecessarily worried after reading a few negative ones. I needed to get my fingerprints done and could choose between this location or the one across Route 50, so I came here because it was closer. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in under five minutes. You walk in, tell them you are there for fingerprints, they check two forms of ID, and take your prints. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because of how efficient the entire process was.”

“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”
