“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”
“Honest and fast service. I’ve been going here for over a decade without fanfare. I fix my own cars so I know when shady shops try to scam me. No one likes to fail their inspection, but these people have always been honest to me. By the way, I failed the inspection today for a broken high beam light. Lol.”

“I stopped by the Shell gas station in Springfield specifically because it participates in the Upside program, which offers rewards and discounts. Overall, my experience was positive. The gas station was clean and well-maintained, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was that one of the gas pumps was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the remaining pumps were functioning properly, and I was able to fill up quickly and easily.
One note to keep in mind is that the gas station's location on a corner can make it a bit tricky to navigate, with three entrances to choose from. However, once you're inside, the station is easy to navigate, and the staff is happy to help with any questions or concerns. Overall, I would still recommend this Shell gas station to anyone in the area, especially if you're an Upside user.”

“Always a great place to stop and gas up. Great staff. When COVID hit and I could not get a oil change at my usual places. I had it done here. This is my back up and I like the atmosphere from the staff.”
“I have to admit, that the only reason I go here is to get my inspections done. It’s such a convenient location and usually not too busy (except if you go on one of the last or first days of the month). The gentleman who does the inspections is always polite, courteous and tries to get you done quickly.”

“The mechanics and inspection guys at the back are great. Nevertheless, after been a client of this place for years, the cashier denied me the use of the bathroom while I waited almost two hours for the inspection service.
She claimed the bathroom was out of service. I asked one of the guys if I could pee behind the fence and he graciously got me the key even after I explained the cashier situation. Thanks to the guys.”
“Good gas station with with all the usual works. 5 stars for the grade A treatment by Mr.Han (seems like the owner). Gave me a great discount on my auto work and convenient they have inspection. Make sure you speak to him since he knows his stuff. Chatted it up and has been working on cars for 40 years. Didn't get to speak to the others since they were just working on cars.”

“I stopped here Sunday night/Monday morning. No clue about the cleanliness of the bathrooms or many other things other reviews mention, but I was comfortable. I was traveling alone, it was maybe 2am or so. I had just got done getting gas and an older gentleman walked up to my car. Of course being me I rolled the window down halfway and said hello and asked if he needed help. He stood there and kept talking and talking and I got uncomfortable. But then the guy working inside noticed and he came out and stood guard almost. He stood there staring directly at that man and listening to everything, watching his every move. I felt safer honestly. Stopping at gas stations alone like that is risky. And this guy just was not going away anytime soon, but the man inside noticing and coming out and staying outside until the old guy left made me feel safer. I don’t know his name or anything but I just remembered I had meant to leave a review about it and came to do so. Thank you, gas station man!”

“Lines are not long... Got gas!! Cars must be thirsty... Took forever for people to fill up. When I was leaving, I saw at least 4 pumps not being used. It is because cars were blocking the entrance closer to Fairfax County Parkway. People need to learn to line the cars up strategically to maximize the usage of all the pumps and reduce wait time for everyone.When the gas station is on your right, go to the 2nd entrance. The first entrance is usually where the line is.Also, it seems like people are waiting in the line where the pump is on the same side of the gas door on the car. This created longer lines with cars blocking the entrance of the gas station. When I pulled up, there were probably 10 cars in line. I pulled up to one if the pumps, and I was next in line! ? Maybe people are not paying attention. ???I got the 93... Wow!! ? $26.43 for 6.975 gallons! ????”
“Spacious gas station with plenty of gas pumps and ample room around pumps and the street to navigate around. Inside the 7-11 (formerly an A-Plus) is an always-clean convenience store with great variety of fresh (e.g., hard boiled eggs, fresh sandwiches, pickles, fruit) and packaged snacks. They even have a grill inside this one where you can place your order at the machines, which makes it so easy to order and customize your food. My husband and I have enjoyed their breakfast and lunch sandwiches here. There's also an Amazon locker on the side.”

“Our motoring family had our cars serviced with Rolling Rd. Sunoco for more than 15 years. Their automotive maintenace service have always been consistently efficient, prompt, honest & family oriented. Quite frankly I myself have not been back for perhaps over 2 yrs, because my car is new & I still avail of its factory/ dealer periodic service. But recently one of its tire sustained an irreparable puncture & needed replacement. I brought the car to 2 tire centers & both explained that the puncture site being conspicuous on the side wall of the tire, & therefore unrepairable. I didn’t mind having the tire replaced, but both centers were insistent on replacing the
damaged tire with a different brand (& not matching the original Toyo tires). So, I brought the car to Rolling Rd. Sunoco where I was promptly given a reasonable quote of a new matching Toyo tire, to be delivered the following day. I brought the car back that day and the tire was installed within an hour.
