“Staff was very helpful with restoring the data from my lost iphone to the new iphone provided by Assurent thru the T-Mobile insurance plan. Apple does not make the process easy. Highly recommend this store.”

“I walked into the Verizon Huntsman store frustrated because my bill had gotten way too expensive, and I honestly didn’t think there was much anyone could do. Wali sat down with me for nearly two hours, went through my account line by line, and found ways to save me about $180 every month. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every change before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put that much time and effort into helping a customer. Wali truly went above and beyond, and because of him I’m saving a ton of money every month. If you need help with your Verizon account, ask for Wali you’ll be glad you did.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Eric today at the Verizon store!!! He worked with my Mom for almost 3 hours, right through lunch and was incredibly helpful! We also appreciated his wonderful sense of humor and engaging personality. He was an excellent technician solving all problems!”
