“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

I have been through several owners, but I can say the current team is more helpful, accommodating and responsive than any in the past. “Intelligent Office Tysons Corner truly is a BEAUTIFUL space! It's apparently one of, or the largest, coworking space in the entire USA and it's stunning. The meeting rooms and interior was beautiful, and there was plenty of available space. There were a lot of people there, which speaks volumes for the space as well. They offer a variety of reasonable options and packages. Christine has also been SO nice, helpful and communicative throughout the process too. Highly recommend!”

And I was impressed with all the services they offer! The space is welcoming, with a great location just 1/2 mile from the metro and right off 495. Parking is easy and free. “This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

“I have been a customer here for a couple of years. It gets busy and the area for customers is a bit cramped once that happens. I have had a few experiences with unprofessional individuals on the staff, however, the majority of the staff are pleasant and congeal. There have been ones who seemed a bit “short” with me. Everyone is prone to having an off day, from time to time. I give people the benefit of the doubt once. After that, I just avoid them.
I do enjoy the fact that my packages are always secure and stored with care. I have always received my mail, and have had it forwarded to me when I’m in Sweden, when I needed something important from the box.
All in all it’s a good little spot for basic mailbox, printing and shipping services.”
“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”

Although UPS ultimately didn’t approve the refund, TJ did everything he could on his end to support me and provide great customer service. “Honestly, this place is the most reasonable for shipping items at the moment. I tried USPS and Parcel Plus, USPS was twice the cost to ship and Parcel Plus was 25% more expensive than the UPS store. Additionally, the other places had much longer lines. The UPS store was not only the least expensive, but the service was much more efficient.”
