Richard really took the time and clearly has the wealth of knowledge to help you find the best fit and shoe type that matches your needs. He suggested going a size up due to my orthotics which i had never thought of but i can already feel the difference. I highly recommend their store for their customer service expertise and will be returning the next time i need a new pair of shoes.”

“Last week I went into this store not really looking for anything specific. The employees were friendly upon me entering so I continued to look around. I stumbled upon some boots and gave them a try. I ended up trying on a few pair and the people working were ever so kind to me while doing so. I absolutely loved the vibe in the store and ended up purchasing a pair of Docs and some socks. Wonderful customer service! Terrell was the name of the guy working and I can’t remember the names of the two women. All were amazing! Will be going back there for any shoes I need in the future!”

“My experience at Champs was great. The customer service was outstanding. I was assisted by Corey the store manager. I must admit that Corey had a trained eye for customer service. He greeted me as I walked into the store and immediately let me know that if I needed him he was ready to assist. As I looked at various shoes, picking up a few then placing the ones I didn't prefer back down, I finally saw one I liked. Corey and another associate in the store were having a conversation but Corey was very customer conceious and saw my approval for the shoes in my body language. He was able to have a conversation and saw my need. He kept his customer service eyes open. I saw this and took the time to commend him for this because those are people skills that few people have. I've worked in customer service for 30 years and Corey has the gift. Thanks Corey.”

“This is a GREAT Rack Room Shoes. Store is clean, always well stocked and they have a great selection. The employees are always helpful and you can always get help. Easy to get to just outside the top floor Target entrance into the Springfield mall. My only gripe?: if you want to use a Military discount, they only offer on Tuesdays.”
