“We were VERY blessed that once again using this NFCU branch found us to be treated excellent. On our most recent visit (11/27/2024), we needed to have some documents notarized (which is a free service for members). Teresa took great care of us and had us back on our way in no time at all. Getting something notarized and hoping for a decent charge for notary services is never a fun process but Teresa made it fun and yes.... FREE for members. We had originally went to a UPS store and it would have been $10 for each EACH signature. We had seven pages which would have been $70, Back to NFCU... I knew Teresa from another branch and she was always pleasant and professional just like she was when we visited on 11/27/2024. This is a GREAT branch with great people.”

“I've been a member of several different banks over my many years. My needs are pretty simple, and every time I've went inside for service, they have been helpful, friendly, and efficient. Since this bank is small, it may not have all of the services that large banks offer, but those are not the services I need. Their mobile app is intuitive and useful. Their ATM allows me to make deposits and withdraw money at no charge. Quite frankly, this is a fine bank.”

“I guess I'm an outlier to the reviews for this bank. I went during lunch hour on Tuesday to open up a 360 CD Account (great rates, BTW) and Sadia was very nice and extremely helpful. Even when business started picking up, she managed to help behind the counter and still be available for me. Since I had a cashier's check for the deposit, I couldn't open the account on-line from home, so Sadia provided an iPad to handle everything there at the bank. Hopefully she'll be there for my next visit... I appreciated all her help!”

Without a doubt, Fatima and the rest of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful BoA employees that I've ever dealt with. I will always use this branch. We would give them 10 stars but Google only allows 5 stars.”
