“Shopped today for a few items and had the pleasure of checking out with Korvette. Cashiers can make or break your experience at a store and she definitely made a great impression. She was smiling, courteous and pleasantly chatty while ringing me up. I left with a smile on my face.”
“Hat’s off to Ms Arianna who saved my life (figuratively) but I am living nonetheless! The night before I ate the rest of my wife's M&M’s and she looked for them this afternoon for a snack.
Stacy, she asked, did you eat my M&M’s? Yes. Let's talk about this, you went into the garage, into my car, and my glove compartment, and grabbed my M&M’s and ate them all without considering me and how that would make me feel? I felt horrible and immediately put my shoes on to go and replace what I had eaten. She said to specifically get them from Dollar Tree and the store was OUT! OMG, what do I do now….Arianna went to the back, found a whole box of M&M’s, and brought them out to save my life. I bought two boxes because of Arianna’s efforts. That's customer service Dollar Tree, Hats off to Arianna, give that young lady recognition.”

“Had some returns & shopped while in the Belk's in Suffolk. First time at that store and it was a great experience. Staff was helpful, not intrusive, and so VERY friendly. Rhonda was working in the Men's Dept. and was outstanding!! I had glitches in some of my returns and she patiently worked with me to get them resolved. While showing me some of the specials, she also directed other customers, in line, to some great specials. I really admired that. In the fragrance dept, Avalon took the time to listen to my preferences for perfume, and matched me up perfectly to my new fragrance. Again, above and beyond. I live a ways from this store, but I will definitely make the trip instead of just ordering online, which isn't nearly as enjoyable.”
“The bakery is absolutely outstanding!!!! Jernice and Jennifer were amazing! Jernice went out of her way to make sure our son got his donuts for his school birthday even when the oven broke. She added custom sprinkles. Jennifer found me a cookie cake, when they were completely out and decorated it beautifully while still frozen! It held up too! Update! Just picked up my cakes that Moe made and she did an absolutely fantastic job. She even made sure the barcodes were on top so the cake didn't get messed up when checking out, and she took my cardt back to load the cakes for me. I highly recommend this bakery because these bakers really are fantastic and go above and beyond!”

“I have been with Kroger Pharmacy on University for years. I changed health insurance plans for 2025 and Kroger is not in their network?. I'm hating this. Kroger always have my medications at decent prices, always on time, and the people are nice. I'm not happy with leaving them to go somewhere. ???. Had I known I would have never chosen this new insurance. I will miss your services.”
“I recently stopped by my local Kroger and was genuinely impressed by their sushi department. I honestly didn't realize they had such a wide selection available—they have everything from basic rolls to more elaborate specialty options.
I ended up picking up a Crunchy Roll, and it was great. The texture was perfect, and the ingredients tasted fresh.

“What can I say? It's Walmart. I put my order in and then pick it up. If I order dryer sheets scented in fresh lavender, I get a substitution of mountain meadow. Most of the time I hit the button for no substitutions. I want white bread and they want to give me wheat. The kids put my stuff in my trunk. The kids at my store are all super sweet, but please do not put canned goods on top of my bag of lettuce! I don't want to go in Walmart to shop, so I have this love/hate relationship with pick up. The system isn't perfect, but it beats having to shop for groceries.”
“I find most of all my needs at the Walmart supercenter on College Drive. Suffolk Va. People are friendly and usually quite helpful. This is my go to store for medicine groceries and things used around home. Also for gift giving. By far my favorite Walmart.”

“The staff at this location has always done a great job my only complaint is Google says there open until 9pm I get here at 8 and it’s already closed an the door says there hours close at 8pm hopefully they can update the listing online.”
