“I’ve been a long standing customer of Truist Banks. I’ve on ocassion in my travels visited Truist Banks along the East Coast as far South as Florida and throughout Virginia. Zero problems, friendly staff. Have borrowed money for personal business, got loans for new cars. I think consistency working with Banking is friendship you develop along your journey same as your dentist, your primary care doctor, your pharmacy, your veterinarian, dog grooming etc….. I like to stay close hold to where I live, supporting my community. Truist is my number one banking. As far as bad viewing and or experiences I’m sorry you had an unpleasant experience. If they’re in your community of commerce I’d suggest giving them another try, as anybody could be having a bad day, loss of loved ones, sickness of a family member and others.

“We have been Member One customers for years. Member One has allowed to expand our small business and their staff hasbeen unfailingly excellent at customer service in every aspect. I inadvertently left off the cents on a note payment causing the loan to appea4 as late. Staff noticed my error, called me and it was fixed within minutes. Great job!”
“I received a call out of the blue today from Haley at the Vinton branch. I have never set foot in that branch but she made my day with her excellent customer service and proactive suggestions. She was able to switch my Money Market account to a new Money Market account that changed my APY from .01% to over 2%. I am now going to make almost as much daily interest as I've made in over 6 months previously. I should've looked into this a while ago, but it's just always at the very bottom of the list. Rachel went above and beyond to assist me during the purchase of a vehicle that was located out of state with a dealership I had never previously worked with. Because of significant time constraints, I needed to finalize the financing and complete the paperwork before the weekend in order to pick up the vehicle on Saturday.
Rachel worked tirelessly throughout the day and even stayed beyond her normal working hours to ensure that every detail of the process was handled properly.
