Coffee was lukewarm. Really weird. Many times the espresso machine is out of order.

The lady with the glasses who stands outside and smokes in the mornings is so rude and nasty. She makes comments when her cigarette break is ruined by having to do her job. In addition she doesn't wash her hands after smoking and coughing without covering her mouth.
