“I came her to help handle some banking things for my elderly father, and I will say that everything went according to plan. Our banker, Vicky, was very nice, super friendly, and very helpful. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions regarding the different types of accounts available at BayPort. The only downside to this credit union is that there are a few branches in the Hampton Roads area, so it might be difficult to deal with the credit union if you live outside of the area. At least on the few times that I have visited the credit union, the wait time was very minimal.”
