“I went in yesterday for some shoes. I had never been to a fleet feet and decided to give it a visit. Unfortunately the day got away from me and I arrived in the last hour the shop was open. I was greeted and Jordan came over to assist. He did a fantastic job explaining how their tech worked to show exactly what you need. He brought several pairs of shoes out for me to try and explained the technology that each brand uses in their shoe. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and not rushed or pushed to make a decision at all. I was able to take my time and really get a feel for each shoe. I will definitely be going back every time I need a new pair of shoes.”

“My daughter continues to be a super fan of the store, but from another city now she is grown up. Today it was a visit with my wife who also appreciates their style.
We were warmly welcomed by their longtime employee Tami who is now Asst Manager. She's the best and great seeing her again after a few years. She even remembered me, wow!
My wife browsed the back room clearance racks which is where my daughter always started. She learned from her mom. Another employee assisted too! The customer service is always top notch.

“Highly impressed, I went in looking for a pair of shoes that my father n law had. I tried on a pair of 13 they felt ok so o paid for them and left. While out running errands they began hurting my feet, I called the store and they ordered me a pair of 13 wides in 2 different colors so I could choose the pair I liked best. The triple blacks came in first so I went to try them on. They felt good in the store so we did the exchange and I left. Again while out running errands they began to hurt my feet so I went back to the store and the store manager ordered me the 860’s I always wear and had them shipped directly to my house. If you are looking for shoes you need to check them out.”

When you shop at Polish, you are shopping with your girlfriends, not a snooty saleswoman looking for a commission or an apathetic teenager on their phone. It’s clear, Sarah, Ashley, Beth, Taryn and the rest of the ladies of Polish love what they do and their customers benefit from that! I am mostly an online shopper due in part to aforementioned snooty sales ladies; but I never have to worry about that at Polish. So happy to have a store like this in Great Neck! Hot tip; best place in town for trendy jewelry and sunnies! ???”
“Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I was having hard time getting shirts for my groomsmen for my wedding. I called spoke with Kelly and she did some searching found out that the company will be shipping the shirts out again Nov 1. I got the shirts today 10/23/21. Not only did Kelly help get the shirts I wanted she was able to find a shirt for my ring bearer. With the shortages going on I thought I would had to change shirts and colors. Kelly was so nice and helpfull.”

“Have you ever tried to buy a pair of shoes for a very hard to fit person??? We it's no picnic. However, I was in the VA bch store when the manager Christina was on duty. She did more than be helpful, she spent more time and effort to assure us that if we're not happy with the shoes just bring them back even if they were worn . “I got my walking shoes from here. What wonderful associates they have! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, they are very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable. They let me try on multiple pairs of shoes and had me walk around in them to make sure I chose the perfect one for myself. They weren’t pushy, didn’t rush me, and were very patient.
