“I got my walking shoes from here. What wonderful associates they have! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, they are very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable. They let me try on multiple pairs of shoes and had me walk around in them to make sure I chose the perfect one for myself. They weren’t pushy, didn’t rush me, and were very patient. I probably tried on at least 6 pairs of shoes. They, too, want you to find your perfect pair. I definitely will be coming back! Thank you so much!”

“Went in yesterday with my Mom to purchase new shoes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Travis. When looking for a specific pair of shoes Travis was very helpful finding what I was looking for and even providing information on which shoes would be more beneficial to me! When they didn't have the pair of shoes that I picked out Travis took the initiative and found a beautiful alternative pair in my size. During checkout he also suggested I sign up for their rewards program and I saved 15% on my purchase! Overall, my experience was wonderful thanks to Travis' excellent customer service!”

When you shop at Polish, you are shopping with your girlfriends, not a snooty saleswoman looking for a commission or an apathetic teenager on their phone. It’s clear, Sarah, Ashley, Beth, Taryn and the rest of the ladies of Polish love what they do and their customers benefit from that! I am mostly an online shopper due in part to aforementioned snooty sales ladies; but I never have to worry about that at Polish. So happy to have a store like this in Great Neck! “Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I was having hard time getting shirts for my groomsmen for my wedding. I called spoke with Kelly and she did some searching found out that the company will be shipping the shirts out again Nov 1. I got the shirts today 10/23/21. Not only did Kelly help get the shirts I wanted she was able to find a shirt for my ring bearer. With the shortages going on I thought I would had to change shirts and colors. Kelly was so nice and helpfull.”

“while shopping a group of boys approached me to ask me out which made me quite uncomfortable to say the least.. one of the store associate witnessed it and interfered and said she’ll just stay around me for a little while until they leave the store. to the associate that sticked around i just wanted to say thank you so so much it made me feel much more comfortable after that interaction. all other store associates on the floor were also very friendly asking if i needed any help looking for anything or any other sizes. the shoes are also fairly priced!”
“I visited the store to exchange some Sambas purchased online to attend some festivities in the area. Primarily for fashion/style purposes. This location didn't sell the style and the two employees-one is AA had a blonde wig and the other Ryan were helpful. I spent a lot of time contemplating and they were consistent in their service. I left and returned and Ryan assisted me again through conversation, ideas, recommendations and style we thought would be cute options. She brought out shoes and she again never changed her demeanor or attitude, even in my indecisiveness. I didn't buy anything after all that because we agreed what I planned was a viable option. Obviously the company is in business to sell merchandise but to experience this level of service without pressure or attitude, will definitely keep potential buyers happy and repeaters to the store.
