Throughout the years of being a customer, Alpha Music has had excellent staff working on the sales floor that are attentive, and demonstrate excellent customer service. I've purchased several guitars from these two guys, and the experience has always been awesome when working with these two. Keep up the amazing work. “I needed help rectifying a billing and password issue connected to my TMobile WiFi. As soon as we walked in the door Kaitlyn “KT” Tabares greeted us and quickly took the problem out of our hands and guided us to completely resolve our issues allowing us to keep our old passwords. We couldn’t be happier and thankful KT was so well trained on how to fix our issues allowing us and keep us calm all the way through. We were in and out in 15 minutes.”
