“Kyle was working in the paint department on 5/10 and he was phenomenal. He helped walk me through over ten neutral colors (which picking the right neutral is the hardest decision) and he willingly looked up multiple colors to decide the right hue and gave me advice of how to choose. While helping me he helped another lady match a color to a post she brought in, talked a lady through her sample color, and helped another couple with questions as well. Multitasking and ensuring each of us felt taken care of while completing multiple requests at one time. One lady said he was like a bartender of paint, and I couldn't agree more! “So I went to the Lowe's on Virginia Beach boulevard. What a difference from the one on Holland drive, Holland drive had all dead plants and rude clerks. This one had nice plants and very helpful clerks, I believe they're owned by the same person. Maybe you want to do some cross-training? And send some to the virginia beach, blvd from holland.”
