A service reasonably comparable to the world's best standards.
Sent (6) boxes to a province in Northern Luzon, and they all got there intact.
Speak volumes about the company's integrity in the midst of rampant crime & dishonesty around us.

“I rushed in on a Thursday evening 5 minutes before closing with 4 packages I really wanted to get out to ensure they arrived the following Monday for a meeting. I wish I would have gotten the desk clerk's name, while she told me there was a high possibility they would not make the truck, she was very friendly & diligent in preparing the packages. “Like many, I was at first concerned by the reviews, but I had a pretty good experience. I was ordering from REI, which has used other similar carriers in the past but they have always come through for me. The delivery was fast and accurate. Would I rather have UPS, probably, but mostly because they are a better known entity. But I really can't complain.”
