She so wonderful and has a pleasant attitude. She does occasional small talk and is sweet so kind so if you have the pleasure of meeting her be nice ,and if it's welcomed, have a small chat.”

If you get a chance I encourage you to visit this store. Its in a great shopping center with other stores and good restaurants, so you can make a day of it!”

“This Walmart here is one go-to spot for my girlfriend and I. We've been going curbside service for almost a year going back to when I contracted COVID last year. This method really beats the frustration of standing in a long line and passing fellow customers, especially during the pandemic. It's safer for the both of us and they're able to deliver our groceries to our car. Mostly, we pick them up on Sunday afternoons to start the week. We check in with the Walmart app and they come to the vehicle within minutes. But there have been a few hiccups with orders from time to time. Besides not having some items (not all their fault), sometimes I wonder if their employees do everything nearly 100%. For example, my girlfriend ordered 4 regular potatoes that we bake for dinner and they gave her 8. I always order 4 bananas that I eat every morning and they would pack up to 10. Now thankfully nothing is charged extra. However, on our recent visit, I ordered 2 pounds of ground beef and what do I see? Slightly brown ground beef that doesn't exactly look pink. My girlfriend ordered a pound of beef and it was very pink. So I was very disappointed. Luckily, the app allows you to request for a refund and they were very quick to do so. Does all of that say don't go here anymore? No. Again, this method has worked out well for both of us. And if they don't have what you ordered, it all gets refunded back to you with no problems. As always, they'll see us for curbside service.”

“I have been shopping at Penny’s since I was a little girl with my mom because she loved it and I am now 54 and it’s pretty much my go too for clothes, shoes, purses, a little bit of everything. I have loved the Newport News location for years. There are very few things I could even complain about. My biggest complaint is I really like to shop on my app pay for my stuff and just pick it up at the store but the last year I have had the problem that 80% of what’s on the app is not available for pick up in the store and that is disappointing. Other than that 5 stars for me.”

“I was in target last week for over an hour and saw something I was quite impressed with. The glass display has lunch sandwiches and foods and pizza hut boxes and a worker came over and refreshed the pizza and other food with fresh new food. So many grocery stores and restaurants just leave the food under the lights forever and it tastes awful. Also I went there only for the sale on soda but the displays are so pretty and appealing I just went ahead and did all my grocery shopping there which I usually don't. The store is always super clean and doesn't have debris all over”
“I was at this store today picking up some last minute Christmas gifts. It was at 11:02 while standing at the register I had a conversation with a manager. I told him I really liked coming to this particular store. The employees are always helpful and are never rude. I told him thank you for hiring the kind of people who had good customer service skills and he thanked me for the compliment. It is store # 373 and the address is 5130 George Washington Highway. I just want to make sure this credit goes to this particular store.”
“Beautiful cake! Just told her the theme was “first trip around the sun” for a girl and let her have creative freedom and this is what I got, I was so impressed and happy with it. “Went to pick-up a few things & realized that Target gives you $ back on your purchases towards your next order!! I dont like Walmart, so Target definitely has My Business now!! Plus, the Target Store that I go to is always clean, unlike Walmart where everything is Chaos!!!! Only thing was selection wasnt great for a couple of things!!”

“I’m in visiting from South Carolina and this is the most organized and cleanest Family Dollar I’ve EVER seen in my life! I was in awe. I told my husband that I should record a video so I can show my daughter. I expressed this to the wonderfully polite employee and she got the biggest smile on her face. I really hope I made her day. I forgot to get her name but she did say that she works hard to keep the place looking nice and was embarrassed that there were a few boxes from a recent shipment, that came late, sitting off to the side of the register. I’m telling yall, the place was so clean I didn’t even see the dang boxes! Please go check it out and lemme know what yall think.”
