I hit a deer, and given that I drive a Scion, my whole front end more or less crumpled on impact. “I was absolutely blown away by the work performed on my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. My car was backed into by a construction truck with its lift gate down in mid-September 2024, shattering my back window and ripping a hole in my left rear side panel. The team at J&M gave me a quick estimate and went right to work ordering replacement parts and matching paint. While it did take about a month for my car to be repaired, the end result was well worth the wait! Great customer service and communication! “When I arrived to pick up my order the attendant was professional and went in the back and retrieved all my brake parts. For some reason my invoice was not able to be produced. My clerk asked other employees if they knew who received the online order and if they could help find the receipt. It took about 15 minutes for store clerks to find it and I was on my way. This is the second time I have encountered this. No big deal that’s why I gave it a 4 out of 5, crap happens!”
