He always asks what kind of car I prefer and does his best to accommodate my needs. Paulo also takes the time to explain the pros and cons of different insurance options, which I really appreciate. “The company in general works horribly, but there is a driver that I want to talk about who has given me rides for the past year about five or six times. I want to thank the organization for this driver - Henry Arzumanyan. During each ride, Henry's car was absolutely clean inside and out. He opens a car door each time for a client and always acts very kindly and respectfully. In my experience with him as a professional driver, he was never late and was always driving safely. “Horrible service picking up the car. Lady at the preferred service queue shouting to our face and not being helpful at all, sending us away without even asking what the situation was while we queued up twice for over 30 minutes. We spent a total of 2 hours just trying to pick up our car because of this.
Edit: changed this review from 1 to 4 stars. The lady who eventually helped us upstairs was fantastic, very customer focused and gave us a free upgrade. Additionally, the experience returning the car was super fast and when I asked for my receipt to be printed it didn’t even take a minute.”
