We brought our Pyrenees farm dog in and they were so kind and attentive with her. She ended up having a double bad ear infection. We’ve been in an few times, once after sedation, they called us back to make her more comfortable as she was getting very agitated and aggressive being that she doesn’t t know them or get off our farm much. When she saw us, she relaxed and the staff were very friendly to my husband and I while admitting treatment. They are a loving well oiled team at Alpine in Bingen. Our dog was not just a number!
