He fixed my issue quickly, shared multiple options I had, and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable that I asked if he minded taking a look at my grandma's account while I was there because she has been confused by her bill and I called her, he was patient and explained everything. This is the definition of above and beyond.

“This place is alittle tricky to get in due to being on the corner next to an intersection but their RARELY busy so being able to get help right away is usually a guarantee. The workers there are usually knowledgeable and kind. the location is also convenient since it's next to fredmeyers, McDonald's, Starbucks etc..”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”
