“Good variety of Turkish / Mediterranean food. Nice location, decor and very clean store! Recommend stopping by the Koza cafe next door while you're there, won't disappoint!”

“I usually know that there are many kind staff members, but this time I was so disappointed that I felt compelled to leave a review. We brought our bag and handed them over, but instead of packing our groceries, the staff member named Erik pushed the items towards us. I was packing them myself, and it took some time since we had a lot of groceries. I was shocked that Erik didn't offer to help. However, he immediately reached out to help a white customer behind us by taking her bag and packing her groceries. I don't like to bring up discrimination as an Asian, but isn't this a clear case of it?+I sent feedback to the headquarters, and the store manager called me right away to apologize and explain the follow-up actions. That was an attitude sufficient for making amends. I believe that by providing quick and clear feedback on customer service, it will help shape Trader Joe's corporate culture of positive customer service and build on its values. Thank you, Colin.”

“Grocery Outlet was a store that did not give higher wages or the paycheck protection program or benefits or hazard pay during the pandemic. Everyone gets the same low wages. They have great options for your whole household but everything is not here. You will be left needing to shop elsewhere unless you're a simp.”

“Love it. This is a great Brazilian grocer. Friendly and with many things in stock. They do charge a high price for many things, and that I do not like. But if you must have an ingredient from Brazil, they will have it more often than not.Meat stuff is all frozen, and there are no prepared foods made by them. But, overall, it's a good place.”

“I Was in Kirkland and ordered lunch. I tried the cheesesteak sandwich. It had good flavors, I enjoyed it however it was a bit small for the price. The people I was with both got the turkey sandwich and enjoyed them. We would return. We would be happier if they loaded the sandwiches more and made them bigger due to the price.”

“Great selection, especially vegetarian and vegan items. Varied and inconsistent service. Some staff are quite helpful, friendly and professional, others are none of the above. There's a lot of product crammed into the available space, which makes for a great selection, but the store could use a better and nicer seating area, especially with such great deli items available.”

“We absolutely love this place! We can find here all the items that remind us of home and make our food complete! Surely nice to see the Bors magic, the pufuleți (corn puffs), zacusca, zefir, etc. Weike very much the Amish cheese for branza cu smantana. Every visit to the store ends with a sweet purchase as here I can find Milka chocolate, lots of flavors.”

“This is a very well-stocked, family-run store serving the North West of the East side of Seattle! Don't be fooled by the size of the store, as there is nothing lacking when it comes to Persian groceries. Au contraire, its proximity to two other Persian establishments, Rumi Persian restaurant and Aria Persian artisan bakery, makes it a go-to destination for everything Persian and one cut above the other Persian grocery stores. Support all of them, they are us!”

“I could spend HOURS in this QFC - they have so many amazing options for everything. An entire freezer full of Beechers frozen meals, multiple displays of fresh bakery items, multiple fridges full with ready-made sides or dishes or drinks. I love it so much honestly and I wish I had a store like this close to me. Prices were good, too!”

“Easily one of my favorite market places overall - i'm glad theres one close by to my work place as I used to live by the Sammamish location and miss going there since my move. MM is definitely an 'upper echelon' type market. fresh fruits, veggies, high quality produce and foods are offered. But one of there best kept secrets is the quality of their bakery and hot foods/deli area. Always phenomenal soups, sandwiches, salad bar and (some locations even have poke, and ethinic eats. The pricing here is indeed higher than your standard neighborhood grocery store but it's all reflected in the quality of the items offered. Everyone that i've encountered there, shoppers and employees alike are all very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and it rarely if ever feels hectic. My only gripe if i had to pick one is the lot is pretty tight and can get hectic on busy days. But that's just a personal problem because i drive a giant truck lol”

“This store looks nice and clean.I like to go to the store because the Deli department's sandwiches always full and clean. The guy Yao in the deli was very friendly and good service .”

“They have a good beer, wine, and snack selection along with items from milk and eggs to baking soda and flour. I've lived a very short walk from the Super Food Store since 2010 and once I realized this was a convenience store and it didn't have sale prices like Safeway and Costco, I came to understand that their markups aren't that bad. And if you don't like the price drive a few more miles and save yourself 100 pennies. Convenience Store. The main two people whom tend the till are Kevin (the owner) and Mel. They are very polite and personable and will listen to reasonable requests. I visit the store several times each week. I prefer to buy from them because they are locally managed and owned by Kevin.”

“I like being able to get in and out if QFC quickly. Depending on the store, it can either be small and rather lacking in specialty stuff or a bigger one that can fill all your needs. And you get Fred Meyer fuel points, too! Always clean. If you want a fun excursion, go to the QFC on Dravis just south of the Ballard bridge. It's crazy small, like teeny weeny hobbit sized, and it's amazing to see how much product they can get on the shelves.”

“Every single associate was an absolute delight! Marta was especially wonderful and took very good care of us. Will definitely be returning to this Kirkland location.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this QFC. I'd like to specifically call out the great staff. Faith in particular is wonderful and helps me do a special order every couple of months for bulk items related to a health condition. I have never had such an organized, communicative group to help me before and they are so appreciated.”

“Adventuring to the Mucho Mas tienda by the Sno-King Ice Arena in Kirkland today, Thursday 7 December 2023, I was not sure what I was looking for exactly. There was some fruit inside the front entrance that reminded me of some of the items my family ate when feeling adventurous when I was growing up. My dad has been cooking latino food items for church of recent and likes spicy foods, so I decided to see if I could find something(s) he might like. A few of the sections piqued my interest such as the pickled vegetables and salsas. I also noted sections for fresh items including baked goods and a meat case. By the meat area, there were some Takis (tortilla chip brand) options available. A particular flavor caught my eye (Blue Heat with heat rated as extreme per packaging and the spice coming from hot chili peppers). I decided to go with two of the smaller bags, one for me to try and one for my dad. A friendly worker helped me at check out and greeted me when I entered the store. She thoughtfully asked me if I needed help finding anything when I was shopping. Payment was straightforward and my cash as payment method was accepted. Tasting the Takis when I got back to my car, I found them flavorful and crunchy (not stale). All around enjoyed my experience.”

“Twice within a month late at night I needed gas but all pumps were closed. Disappointed I couldn't get gas when I needed it, I hope it doesn't turn into a regular thing”

“The staff is fantastic! High-quality products at such low prices! Everyone is always willing to assist. I wish all stores were as good as Whole Foods Market. However, if you can, avoid shopping on weekends because it becomes an apocalypse inside the store, with little room to move.”

“Excellent store! This is the best Fred Meyer on the Eastside. We started coming here more often about seven months ago, even though there are others closer to our home. The employees are very helpful and pleasant (Linda at self-checkout; the ladies by cosmetic bags and first aid). Every time we go in, it is fully stocked with the freshest items in produce. Every department that we have been in is great. Keep up the good work, and teach the other stores that they need to strive to be more like you. Your store is the model for all the other ones in the metro area.”

“Nice Safeway with great produce (fresh and not going bad like it sometimes is at QFC or Fred Meyer). Be sure to check your receipt! I got double charged for an item and need to go back to the store, which is time consuming as a busy person. Staff also were not familiar with the Safeway app which has a digital copy of the receipt (for both online and in-store purchases) and they kept asking me to bring in my paper receipt. The app is also glitchy, the QR code doesn't always work even if your phone number works. Great store otherwise, and the pharmacy is always awesome!”

“The pharmacist and her team are incredible. I was there to pick up my prescription and saw how busy they were . I needed to get a Covid shot and they were kind enough to squeeze me. I was nervous about getting the shot but the pharmacist was very patient and assuring . This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for years and just wanted to say thank you!”

“I went to pick-up my grocery order and no one answered my call. Since it snowed I didn't park in the pick-up area because it was layered with snow and ice and didn't feel it was safe for me or the employees to load the groceries. I walked in to tell them I was there since my call wasn't answered and let them know where I parked. I was greeted by Naz, she was very helpful and said she would have my items out for me shortly. She was very kind and walked my items out. I noticed I was missing a lot of items and walked back in. Naz was VERY helpful and supportive of the issue. I appreciated her help,?patience and ability to stay calm. Thank Naz for making a difficult situation easier!”

“GOODBYE Kingsgate Bartell! You all have been part of the Kingsgate family for more than 30 years! Truly, the amazing pharmacy staff is like family and the store's closing feels like a great loss. The pharmacists Michael, Ray and Don, and pharmacy techs treat everyone with respect and try their best to accommodate each customer's needs with great care. The clerks at the front of the store are friendly and helpful and I enjoy my conversations with each of them when I visit. I am sad to hear that not everyone will be transferred to a convenient store. I hope that they will be supported by the company in their search for new employment. I thank you all for your kind service to our community and wish you all well. Best always, Sandy Laurence”

“We got our latest COVID-19 boosters here, because it was the closest location that stocked the child dosage. I also got my RSV vaccination, because it seems I'm getting old. Service was kind of slow, but no points off for that because every pharmacy (like practically everything medical) has been slow since the mass retirements during the worst of the pandemic. The pharmacist was fantastic: cheerful, happy to answer questions, good at giving injections with minimal pain. (She's the one with the very posh British accent.) Besides general necessity, we got the vaccinations in anticipation of travel. Last time we flew, I got COVID-19 in the Los Angeles airport, and time before that, my wife got it in the same place. Airports are bad news for disease -- worse than the planes once everyone is seated. I mention the travel because we were very low on two medicines I take regularly, and I didn't want to hunt for them while we're away. They had them both -- on mix-and-match second item half price. Finally, for candy enthusiasts, this store is a dreamland. Other than specialty candy stores, I don't think I've seen that much candy in a small store in a long time. The boy was excited about that aspect of the store, even more than the vaccination. I'd switch our pharmacy business there if the store were closer, even if Bartell Drug has been bought out by Rite-Aid, which is currently in bankruptcy.”

“I love this Safeway. Now that they added the self-checkout section, checking out is a lot easier. It use to be that if you came after work (between 6-8pm ) there would be huge checkout lines. Wait time has improved tremendously with the introduction of the self-checkout section. I like Mr. Jones their new manager and all the amazing people that work there. The employees are warm and friendly and it is obvious they all work really hard. People that work here all have a lot of heart and love customer service- Dana the cashier, the dark- haired 20-something guy in produce who always goes out of his way to help me....the red haired- day time manager of some sort who is always moving around and seems like he is constantly tackling obstacles, the Hispanic lady that speaks Spanish and works as a butcher. I could go on for days describing all the people that make this place special (without knowing their names). This Safeway is a place I go to at least once every other day. The only places I go more frequently than Safeway are my home and work. This place is GOOD for lots of reasons. This particular Safeway is always well-stocked and has good Signature Select pizzas. Their prices are MUCH cheaper than Fred Meyer and Haggen's. My favorite food they make on-site is their beef stroganoff. The meat is well- seasoned and delicious but it could definitely use more sauce. I really love that everyone recognizes me and greets me and my bird kindly every we go in. Only negatives are slow to the extreme and somewhat disinterested deli employees.”
