We have taken our cars to them for everything from replacing an engine to brakes and oil changes, L & R (Brad) has never suggested work that doesn't need done. He looked over a used car I was buying and told me what work would be needed, which helped me feel confident with my purchase. Most recently, I took my car to him for the 90,000 mile maintenance. I was apprehensive about what all would need done. I was relieved that it wasn't a long list and was even told that nothing was urgent, which allowed me to decide what work to have done when. I brought it by and within 30 minutes they reconnected my bumper and it feels like it will stay in place and looks great. “This was the 2nd time we have used Caliber Collision for fender benders we have unfortunately had. Their service is awesome. Constantly received texts on progress. Jen is awesome to deal with! The whole process was very easy and quick. When the car was done, there was a problem with the passenger latch/lock mechanism. Called them, they said bring it in. I brought it in, they pulled it immediately into their shop and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Easy. Pleasure to do business with them.”

“My friend took her van here on the referral from a friend. She had her work done on her van at a very, very reasonable cost. The work was done quickly. The van drives much better and there were no greasy hand prints or foot prints anywhere either.

“Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive for an hour to get to Bremerton and I had to wait at the dealership for 2 over hours for the recall item to be resolved. The free coffee was nice, and there was plenty of available seating. BUT, there were two radio stations playing at the same time, different songs, Lord, help other neuro-divergent folks! PLUS someone was bouncing a basketball the entire time. It was cold and windy outside, so waiting indoors was pretty much my only option. The noises drove me nuts. One station from now on, please, guys! And maybe a quieter sport like pingpong or, better yet, a video game maybe?”

“I had broken an exhaust hanger on my F250 muffler. Stopped in at 12:35 PM, and was promptly greeted. I explained the issue. The welder had my truck up on host 10 minutes later. Came back with 2 options to fix. The welder was very professional and walked me through the 2 options. The job was finished and l was out the door by 1:15. Excellent customer service and top level professional work with very reasonable price. Highly recommend.”

“Best experience dealing with a flat tire that I have ever had. I had a huge hole in my tire from a screw which was leaking bad, and it happened at 7:00 pm when all the tire shops were already closed, but I saw BT Mobull tire was open so I called and when I arrived, he had my tire plugged, filled with air, and back on my car in about 10 minutes. Will hopefully not need his services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling first.”
