“I went in to grab my new phone from a trade-in and was helped by Derrick (hope I spelled it right) both on the day I got my phone and the day I came in to trade in the old one. The first day he was super helpful in the whole process, and I genuinely had the easiest experience with phones in my life. He let me know I could come in another day to bring the phone I traded, which was a big stresser in that moment because I wasn't sure everything was backed up properly first. But I was even more grateful he was there when I came in to finalize everything because I knew I'd be taken care of with the least amount of hassle. Thank you, Derrick!!!”

They were nice and understanding and VERY patient with me while my data transfer took 2 hours ?
