In addition to being friendly and quick to help, she was patient with my elderly mother and was willing to herself contact Cricket Customer Service to have another family member's phone unlocked who moved out of country. She was not obligated to do that, but understands how laborious it can be when a customer has to jump through all the corporate customer service hoops. Excellent service.”
“Herman was AMAZING! They helped me with an issue trying to get internet through online order. Then they set me up with a new phone line and watch lines for my kids. Unlike other retailers I've been to for cell providers, Herman didn't pressure me into anything, they did a great job selling products and services without making me feel pressured to buy. I ended up getting home internet, a cell phone line with new phone, 2 kids watches and 2 kids lines. Herman is the type of employee TMobile should strive to hire and keep. I came from xfinity who did the complete opposite - and I'll never go back. Thanks Herman!”
