So I couldn't conduct business on my phone like make calls use the internet and my banking access long story short went in to the At&t location and Brandon & Juan were total professional sweet hearts not only were they knowledgeable of my phone's needs they were courteous friendly timely and gave me there their undivided attention like I was the only customer even though it wasn't true they made feel like I had an appointment to see them not as if I was just walking in thank you and you solved my phones issues for right now Thanks Also Thank you so so much Ms. Jayla for a previous time you helped me with my phone issue I said I would drop u a good rating and never got around to doing it you were way way to amazing courteous open to helping me words can't explain how appreciated you were to me that day and thought I can't leave you out in a good shout out of your greatness again Thanksl”

Unlike other retailers I've been to for cell providers, Herman didn't pressure me into anything, they did a great job selling products and services without making me feel pressured to buy. I ended up getting home internet, a cell phone line with new phone, 2 kids watches and 2 kids lines. Herman is the type of employee TMobile should strive to hire and keep.
