“An efficient operation once you've been here a few times. The shuttle drops you off in front of the counter area. If you're a National user with status, jump off the bus and head to your right. Take escalator down the the National car pickup area and pick your vehicle.”
“Everything was great with the service and car. But I was unable to use Good to Go temporary tag so I could pay the tolls directly. Instead I have to pay Alamo a daily use fee of $4.95 for each day I go through toll areas plus the actual total. I have been able in the past to set this temporary toll tag.”
“This was our first time renting from Sixt. The price was reasonable and shuttle to where where the rental cars are in the Seattle Airport was simple and fast. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with . Pick up and drop off went smoothly and easy. We had a great experience and will definitely use them again.”

“This review is far overdue at first I was not happy with my rental at all. When I first received my rental car from Alexis it was not only not clean from the inside the mirror was broken already from the inside on the 2nd day of our trip the Radio in the car was not functioning at all. I took plenty of pictures and videos right away. Now on returning the car Janita was super friendly and patient I explained my situation on why I was not happy and showed her the photos and videos. She not only has great customer service but was super understanding in my situation did everything in her power to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. I will definitely go back to purchase with her only I do recommend Janita ! She made my first rental unforgettable , and really appreciate how understanding she was.”

“I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Because this is a small office, it can get busy at time, especially in the mornings, but for me, that's never impacted the quality of their service at all. Ive just been really pleased with my rental experiences at this Hertz officeand will definitely be back!”
