“I would like to commend Josh at the reception for his exceptional professionalism and friendliness. His understanding and support were invaluable after my 18-hour journey. I truly appreciated his assistance and felt genuinely valued as a guest.”

“Nice place! Very comfortable beds, super clean, friendly staff, and great views. I didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but who doesn't like fresh waffles? My two complaints are that housekeeping did not turn off the alarm clock from the previous guest and we got woken up at 6 am, after two hard days of backpacking we were really looking forward to some good sleep. Second issue is that the usb charger on the nightstand doesn't work well, it will show charging but didn't actually charge. We both woke up with phones at 10%. Small issues overall, I definitely recommend making this place part off your road trip or even coming for special occasions.”

“Stayed here while visiting seattle for the my chemical romance concert and had a fine time here.
It was comfortable, mostly quiet at night, and nicely renovated.
The staff at the front office were very friendly. The included breakfast was breakfast sandwiches you warmed up in the microwave or cereal, and some coffee.
The location was convenient to 99/Aurora Ave however, it didnt feel like an overly nice area to visit.
It was very budget friendly and I did enjoy our stay - if you are needing somewhere cheap to rest your head, this could be a fantastic option.”

“This motel 6 is a place I wouldn't stay at again. The owner needs to do more to make it safe for it's customers. Especially people that stay there with their kids. To much drug activity and not enough security. Management is ok. Front desk staff is great. Hats off to Jeanette and Christina. Always treating the customer with respect. And always showing their beautiful smile. Keep up the great work ladies. And James thanks for everything.”

“I booked my room at Columbia Motor Inn on a Wednesday night after I discovered my cheap AirBNB room wasn't someone's spare bedroom, but a tiny windowless room in the basement of a house with a dozen or more guests—I couldn't sleep there. I'm glad I was able to stay at Columbia instead!

Sure, maybe this motel is a little rough around the edges, but the price was right, the night clerk was friendly, my room was clean and felt safe, and I got a good night's sleep. Aurora is a busy street but I wasn't disturbed by any noise. I could tell this is a place where the staff takes pride in their work, and it was just what I needed!”

“I have stayed in this hotel for quite a while. My family have been treated very well during our stay and I feel obligated to write a review on this hotel. Especially, we feel compelled to thanks Daene, who is one of the best frontdesk in this hotel for her help and service during our stay.
1. Helpful frontdesk. The frontdesk is always polite and ready to help. Here I would particularly like to thank for Daena who is one of the best frontdesk in this hotel. Daena is very polite, helpful and customer-centered. She alwalys go to the very length to help customers and deeply know what she is doing. I strongly suggest the hotel owner offer her a promotion to keep this gem in their workforce.
2. Cleaness. The hotel is maintained in a very clean way. One of the great impression i had when i arrived in the hotel is that the carpet in the hallway is meticulously clean. I have stayed in many hotels around the country, this is one of the cleanest hotel i evever stayed.
3. Reasonably priced. The hotel price is a little bit higher compared to the hotels nearby. However, Quality of the room and servive you will receive definitely worth the small extra price you pay.
4. Food. The hotel provide free breakfirst 7 days a week and also provide kind of dinner from Monday to Wednsday in their social events. The food are delicious. I also want to mention the two nice old ladies who do their best to provide us delicious food and who are always great to talk to.
5. If you are looking for a long-term stay, this is defintely one of the best place you will have. You have a kitchen, dining area and living area in a studio room, all designed for long-term stay.
6.Location. Mukilteo is a small but safe and quite town. The lighthouse park is just about 2 miles away. QFC is just 1 miles away and Alderwood mall is just 4 miles away”

“Check in was quick and easy, and the office staff were nice ?
The area is pretty quiet at night compared to Seattle, and there's food nearby that you can go get.
The room has a little bit of wear and tear, but I can't complain with the great price!”

“Pretty hot hotel, got hi-tech modern technology with nice bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room. Basically everything was nice other than the dirty, unclean, pull-out bed from the couch ?? (Room 227)”

“The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The yogurt bar was a nice touch. Im not familiar with the area and didn't know it was going to be such a long journey to downtown seattle.”

“Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Parking lot right outside the window of my room so I could watch my car but the area felt very safe. Central location, close to shopping, food, and only a couple minutes from the freeway.
Hotel was very clean, nice carpets, smelled fresh. Housekeeping was awesome and honest. Leave them a good tip! They deserve it.
Front desk people were nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, knocked a star off because the first day it wasn't super impressive, not much in the way of fresh food, just eggs and all the sausages were gone for an hour without a refill. The pancake machine kept resetting and it took us 20 minutes to make 4 small pancakes so people behind us were getting annoyed. Couldn't really get help from the dining attendants. No sugar free topping options (my husband is diabetic, can have some carbs but very little sugar). I wish they would have had a pot of oatmeal, they just had instant. Nice seating area with plenty of space between tables.
Ice water and a coffee/hot drink station 24 hrs. Has a gym and swimming pool though we didn't have time.
Reasonable price, we'd stay there again if in the area.”

“The entrance for where to park when checking in was a bit confusing to find, if you follow their sign you'll find it. Check in was a breeze and parking was plentiful in the garage. The elevators at this hotel are SLOW. There are only 2 of them (I think) in different ends of the hotel so everyone is trying to squeeze in because you have to wait forever for it to arrive. That was my biggest complaint.

Otherwise, my room was comfortable. I was concerned about being close to the road and gas station as I've had very poor experiences staying right by gas stations before but it was actually pretty quiet all night long. The water pressure in the shower was actually insane haha so strong. It was close enough to Green Lake to get a nice run done in the morning and even running on the nearby streets was very safe and easy.

I don't normally stay in this part of town when I travel but if I ever find myself needing to be in this area again I would consider staying here!”

“Great everything! Fantastic food, had the Brussel sprouts in balsamic and bacon, and the garlic cheese curds. 10/10 highly recommend both. Very affordable pricing too! Looking forward to coming back again. Great parking and location. Attentive staff and excellent maids. Check it out!”

“Older property but nicely maintained. The room was bright, clean and quiet. Nice kitchenette with basic dishes and cooking utensils. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.”

“I'd have to say it's a comfortable atmosphere and have plenty of privacy I can come and go as I please js even after 9pmI'm still here because the elevator is broken and they're taking there time to fix it at 108 2nd Ave S. Seattle Washington 98104 and because of that I can't and will not climb 6 flights of stairs. Have no idea where I'm going back cause I'm running out of money ?.So I'm so thankful for Oak Tree for being there for me ?”

“Close to the highway, the rooms are updated and clean! Nice beds! Definitely will stick to this company when traveling.

The only down side the hot tub didn't work.?

Rooms: Updated and comfy beds

Safety: It seemed safe”

“I travel to train for the postal service. This hotel was my favorite one so far. The rooms are beautiful, service welcoming and friendly. I'm looking forward for my next visit.”

3.3 Good201 Reviews

“Rooms: The rooms were spacious and quiet. The only draw back I had to any part of the room was the fact there wasn't anywhere you could hang your clothing in the bathroom so you don't have to get changed in the room or right outside the bathroom.Food & drinks: It's pretty close to the Alderwood Mall, so there are lots of different food places to enjoy.”

“5-Star Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Crown Inn, North Seattle

“A Hidden Gem for Budget Travelers in North Seattle!”

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay in North Seattle, the Crown Inn is a fantastic choice that truly delivers great value for your money. While the surrounding district may not be the most glamorous, the hotel itself exceeded our expectations in every way and made for a very enjoyable night’s stay.

Excellent Value and Location

One of the standout features of the Crown Inn is its unbeatable pricing. Instead of paying the $370–$400 per night that’s common at other Seattle hotels, we were able to stay here for a fraction of the cost—well within the two-figure range plus tax. This makes it an ideal option for travelers who want to save money without sacrificing comfort or cleanliness.

The location is practical, with several convenient dining and shopping options nearby. We discovered Fu Shen, a really nice restaurant within walking distance. Although it’s carry-out only, I recommend driving there for convenience. There’s also an IHOP just around the corner, and a grocery store right behind it, making it easy to grab a meal or stock up on essentials during your stay.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Rooms

Our room was impressively clean and thoughtfully equipped. Each room comes with a kitchen area featuring a stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for longer stays or anyone who prefers to prepare their own meals. The beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable, and the pillows were especially nice, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom was another highlight. The bathtub was spotless and provided wonderfully hot water, which was a real treat after a long day of exploring the city.

Overall Experience

Despite the modest neighborhood, we felt safe and well taken care of at the Crown Inn. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and value made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Final Recommendation

If you’re seeking a budget-friendly hotel in North Seattle that doesn’t compromise on quality, I highly recommend the Crown Inn. It’s a smart choice for travelers who want to stretch their dollars without giving up the essentials of a good night’s rest. We would definitely stay here again! Most importantly the owners are very conscientious and the parking lot is secure with FREE Parking!”

“I had a great stay here. The lobby area is beautiful with nice decor and glass elevator. They had cookies out at the desk for guests. The man behind the desk who checked me in was very friendly and kind. The room was good, I felt welcome and safe. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking is easy and abundant. I would love to stay here again.”
