“The folks at Puetz Golf stand behind the products they sell 100%. I recently ordered from their online store a close-out electric Golf Caddy/Trolly that was discontinued by the manufacturer in 2024.
Imagine my disappointment when the unit came to me and was defective with nothing working as it should. Andy from Puetz customer service not only responded to my concerns professionally and promptly outside of business hours… but they replaced it, in the store, with a unit that was the current model for no additional cost. 100% painless and all on the same Sunday I reached out.
Jordan from the Seattle location literally had everything complete in a few short minutes, no interrogation, no hassle, never a doubt that they were going to do the right thing. I didn’t need to pay for shipping because I bought it online, didn’t need to wait until they could source another similar 2024 model, or just give me my money back… I just got excellent service and walked out with a perfect, new replacement.
Service like this is from a prior age when businesses valued the customer more than the sale. They will have my business on every golf purchase I can send their way, and they should get yours too!!!”

“I just started canoeing after a long hiatus from paddling and I was checking out gear for my new hobby. I ran across a hat for boating and found a style that I liked. Unfortunately, the color and size selection was limited. So... I went to the manufacturer's website. There I found a much better selection.
Then I saw a color that I thought was... well, hideous, to be frank. I had to take a closer look. What appeared to be a drab floral pattern was in fact a pattern of mushrooms. I studied it. And much like a fungus, it began to grow on me. I checked the availablilty and it wasn't in stock in my size. Oh well.
The next morning had me thinking about that hat. I checked the website again. It said that it was available at the flagship store in Ballard, two hours away. So I hopped in my car and took a drive.
The hat is perfect.
The store? Seattle funky. Not my style. Corduroys, knits and drab Seattle colors predominate. I tried to find something to get for my wife, who likes jewel tones. It didn't happen.
That said, if you're into this style then Kavu is a winner. Bags, hats, funky pants and shirts galore. The store is neatly laid out and has a great feel to it. The young woman working there was very helpful and pleasant.
I can see myself going back for another hat someday. I'll refrain from posting a picture of myself wearing the hat. That'll save you from a laughter injury.”
“Had a fitting for my driver and irons with Jake Masters. He was phenomenal and patient. We ended up keeping my existing driver and irons with slide modifications. Wasn't trying to sell me anything, but trying to fit me in the best equipment.”
“I went to their annual bra fit fest yesterday and it was amazing! Staff were all incredibly helpful and super friendly! I have such a hard time finding bras that fit and here they have limited sizing too typically. But, for the fit fest they had my size! I enjoy shopping here normally and I especially enjoyed the fit fest!”

The minus star is for being a tad pushy on the membership program. 5 different employees tried pushing the $30 membership. They should probably back off a tad on that.”

“Awesome dive shop, their instructors will help you unlock a whole new world. Did my OW, Nitrox and AOW with my partner and a close friend. Jonathan was able to accommodate our schedules for our AOW so we could be ready for an upcoming dive trip. Jonathan is very generous and when my partner had an issue with her boots that we bought from another location he allowed us to trade them in for boots that fit. He was also very responsive to all of our questions and if any issues came up with the gear he was able to fix it. My OW course also had several really knowledgeable dive masters who were volunteers. All of them helped get my buoyancy under control and I was able to learn a lot. Hoping to eventually get my Rescue diver cert from this shop!”
