“I have had an account with them for over 10 years. It is the most wonderful place. Beginning with the people. So appreciate that this bank is modest in size so the people know your name and greet you like an old friend. The building in Issaquah is also outstanding. Gorgeous, older architecture with tall windows and ceilings. It's a pleasure to stop by and do business with them in the beautiful surroundings. I understand they are transitioning into new ownership now. I hope they won't move and I hope they keep ALL of their very professional and friendly staff.”
“This is my regular WaFD branch, so I may be a bit biased, but I have to say the folks who work here are FABULOUS. They are always pleasant and welcoming. Plus they always go above and beyond to help!
Recently, I was having trouble logging in to my online account. The customer-service reps on the phone were unable to help at all and didn't seem to concerned about that lack! But when I went into the branch and explained everything, they said, let's see what we can do. After about 15 minutes and a couple of phone calls to the right tech people, the problem was solved and my online access was restored.”

“I love this conveniently located and wonderfully run Chase branch. I also want to particularly acknowledge banker BRIAN HSU for the fantastic service he provided me.
He listened patiently (I had A LOT to say) and he did a marvelous job of handling my request. I felt heard; he got me. He even offered me his nice pen after I commented that it wrote well(!!).
When was the last time an enormous bank like Chase treated a not-rich customer like me that way??
I work nearby SO it's great to know there's a solid bank branch close by where I can just get in and get out in an efficient way. Especially as a small business owner.
