“I have had an account with them for over 10 years. It is the most wonderful place. Beginning with the people. So appreciate that this bank is modest in size so the people know your name and greet you like an old friend. The building in Issaquah is also outstanding. Gorgeous, older architecture with tall windows and ceilings. It's a pleasure to stop by and do business with them in the beautiful surroundings. I understand they are transitioning into new ownership now. I hope they won't move and I hope they keep ALL of their very professional and friendly staff.”

Recently, I was having trouble logging in to my online account. The customer-service reps on the phone were unable to help at all and didn't seem to concerned about that lack! But when I went into the branch and explained everything, they said, let's see what we can do. After about 15 minutes and a couple of phone calls to the right tech people, the problem was solved and my online access was restored.”

“I have been coming to this branch for like 10 years now and have seen its up and down. I honestly think US bank is one of the better big banks. I always have good experience at this branch. Yes, I did have to wait for more than 10 minutes a couple times. But I had waited over half an hour and even over an hour once at a couple other big banks. It's really a norm these days unfortunately. That doesn't really reflect the people working at this branch. For me personally, I really appreciate that I have a clean and safe branch that is close to me. Just MHO.”

When was the last time an enormous bank like Chase treated a not-rich customer like me that way??
I work nearby SO it's great to know there's a solid bank branch close by where I can just get in and get out in an efficient way. Especially as a small business owner.
