He listened patiently (I had A LOT to say) and he did a marvelous job of handling my request. I felt heard; he got me. He even offered me his nice pen after I commented that it wrote well(!!). When was the last time an enormous bank like Chase treated a not-rich customer like me that way?? I work nearby SO it's great to know there's a solid bank branch close by where I can just get in and get out in an efficient way. Especially as a small business owner. Thanks again Brian!”

So appreciate that this bank is modest in size so the people know your name and greet you like an old friend. The building in Issaquah is also outstanding. Gorgeous, older architecture with tall windows and ceilings. It's a pleasure to stop by and do business with them in the beautiful surroundings. I understand they are transitioning into new ownership now. I hope they won't move and I hope they keep ALL of their very professional and friendly staff.”

“We have been customers of the Wells Fargo Pine Lake branch since 2012. Randi the branch manager is a real gem. She is always available to answer our questions and help us when we make updates and changes to our accounts. When we were settling an out-of-state estate for our parents, Randi helped us numerous times over many months with notary and medallion signatures. She is always friendly, fast and efficient, a real pleasure to work with. The tellers are a pleasure to work with also, they are all friendly and greet us with a hello as soon as we set one foot inside the door. If Kristin is there she will greet me with my name, she has also helped us with notary service, she a real asset to the branch. Sherman, the mortgage consultant in the branch, has provided us with great service when we needed a refi both locally and for an out of state property, making it an easy process for us.”

“I had to transfer 5 separate bank accounts, each with a different set of challenges, to HomeStreet from another institution. We had zero problems with the changeovers and our accounts were active & operating immediately with fund transfers happening the very same day. I have been using the location on NE Ellis Drive and it is extremely helpful dealing with the same staff who is current and up to date on all of our accounts so I'm never having to repeat myself. Plus coffee and occasional giveaways for me and the kids. Mostly for me. I keep the good ones. The kids get what's left.”

And when I ended up needing to sit at a desk with someone, I had the joy of getting to know Francia. She was so sweet and informative and knowledgeable. She was personable and made me feel very attended to and important. I really appreciated the wonderful staff at this location that helped me today.”

“I have been coming to this branch for like 10 years now and have seen its up and down. I honestly think US bank is one of the better big banks. I always have good experience at this branch. Yes, I did have to wait for more than 10 minutes a couple times. But I had waited over half an hour and even over an hour once at a couple other big banks. It's really a norm these days unfortunately. That doesn't really reflect the people working at this branch. For me personally, I really appreciate that I have a clean and safe branch that is close to me. Just MHO.”
