“I had an over-the-counter withdrawal to make for my tax return and went to one of the Chase branches on Issaquah Pine Lake Road. Words cannot describe how unsatisfactory and rude the treatment was from the branch manager at that location! She proceeded to kick three of us out for not wearing masks and then lied about the mask mandate being enforceable by law which it is not and continue to lie about not being able to serve us if we did not wear a mask which every other branch in Washington state that I've gone to did not have such ridiculous propagandize witch hunting of their customers. That said I then went to this location on East Sammamish Parkway where the manager was nothing but friendly and professional and proceeded to take care of my withdrawal in a very respectful and effective manner. There was no pushing of the political agenda our governor currently has been placed, no ostracizing other guests or patrons who were wearing a mask as is there Choice as free Americans and on top of that apologized on behalf of the other branch managers terrible disrespectful and rude Behavior to the patrons. Text Chase location I would highly recommend to anyone both for their courteous professionalism, bearing, and ability to handle and conduct Business Without involving personal agendas or politics! Hands down Associates in employee is like those who helped me at the East Sammamish Parkway Chase will be the reason why I continue to bring my business to j.p. Morgan in the future!”

We had zero problems with the changeovers and our accounts were active & operating immediately with fund transfers happening the very same day. I have been using the location on NE Ellis Drive and it is extremely helpful dealing with the same staff who is current and up to date on all of our accounts so I'm never having to repeat myself. Plus coffee and occasional giveaways for me and the kids. Mostly for me. I keep the good ones. The kids get what's left.”
