“I was in from out of town on a little tour of the PNW and had just broken one of a my brakes at Mission Ridge. They fixed it in about 5 minutes and was less than $30. Stoked I didn't have to do the rest of my tour on rentals! If I was a local, I'd come back here for tuneups for sure.”

I even offered to pay for it and he turned it down. Never shopped there before but they just gained a loyal customer!”

“Great experience. I went it looking for a climbing machine. Hers the deal I went in before my workout. This guy that works for one they didn’t have a climbing machine. Rare if they would have one most fitness stores do not stock this kind of machine. He love his job really positive and is super knowledgeable on fitness I would say go check it out. Fun experience and you get to sit in line 5 or 6 different massage chairs. It’s the best.”
“Ive been to Risan several times over the past couple months for our select baseball team to pick up gear and uniforms. Our go to person we've been ordering from is Kristin, but I've been in and received help from Ryan and multiple different folks. All are welcoming and helpful. I wish I would have known about Risan a couple seasons back when we were having trouble finding cleats. They had a TON of options, same goes for bats ( they even had the Fire bat which was one of my son's top asked for bday items). There was a day recently where Kristin was not in, and I was able to still get a response from her via email and her coworker even text her to get a response. The team at Risan cares about their customers and that's rare to find nowadays. Every time I've been in I see someone else there getting great service, and you can tell they've had some relationships with local schools and teams for years and years. I also like that they're able to do small batch orders. We were considering doing a dozen hats for parents and Kristin was more than happy to get quotes for me. Next time we need any baseball gear for the team or just my son, we'll be hitting up Risan. Highly recommend for baseball gear in Kirkland/Redmond/Sammamish.”
“Stopped in to buy a complete, they had everything I asked for and some really cool options for shop decks, the one I got was kind of a Newport theme and it was designed by the guy who was working so that was pretty awesome ~all in all the experience was phenomenal I had a great time looking at their vinyl and stickers, and the service was amazing. “Came in for the first time at this store to make my first ever snowboard purchase, and their shop manager Bryce spent what had to have been easily an hour or more helping me decide which board / bindings / boots would be best for me given the budget I provided, as well as giving me just a ton of general knowledge about snowboarding and things to consider. He helped me completely set up my board / bindings and get it ready to use while being super patient with me as I asked for adjustments etc. Super friendly / chill staff and was an amazing stress-free experience overall. Really happy I came here and will definitely be coming back for anything else I need for snowboarding!”
