“Ivan, a manager at the Woodinville Soccer Post is amazing. We walked in early on a Saturday when it wasn’t very busy. My daughter has an incredibly narrow foot and he was helping us find a shoe that would fit. Wouldn’t you know it was the last of what felt like 100 different cleats. He kept a great upbeat attitude and was able to help others as they came in . In the end we had to order the cleat online and he showed us how to do it through Soccer Post. By the time we left, the store was crowded with families coming in after their matches and he greeted everyone as they came in the door and made sure everyone was being helped. He’s a gem and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!”

“Took the Fundamentals of Kayaking Class offered by NWOC this week. What a treasure-trove of new skills, knowledge and confidence I found. This is a top-notch operation, from safety to quality. We've rented from them for years and keep coming back because of their smooth and easy operations, high-quality boats, and safety-first mentality.
I mostly want to rave about the instructors who clearly know their skills, but I swear they also really know how to teach. We have been in a couple of other paddling classes where the expert didn't really take the time to break down the skill or ensure that you were learning. Not so here. Our instructors described and demonstrated the skills, building on concepts and ensuring that the class was actually learning. Take this class! You won't be disappointed.”

I looked at the cute, comfortable Altra shoes, slid my foot in the shoe, and my foot just melted. So I changed my mind. I bought them! “Bought a used rack from a private seller that did not come with the torque wrench to install it, called in to Rack N Road and Sean told me they had plenty there and that I could have one for free. I even offered to pay for it and he turned it down. Never shopped there before but they just gained a loyal customer!”
“We attended this store for the first time today to get my daughter her first pair of boots and helmet. From the moment we arrived we were treated so nicely and the staff were all so friendly. The person helping my daughter was so kind and made my daughter feel at ease as she can be quite shy. They also made sure to include my youngest daughter by giving her stickers. We were really impressed with the store and can’t wait to come back for more supplies when we need them.”

“They did not have any of the shoes we came for. They also had no white sole shoes for kids as required by school to have non marking shoes. They also had no matching sweat suits with out tapered leg. However the gentleman's customer service was awesome and he tried really hard to help us find alternatives and was really polite”

“Drove over from Poulsbo after being frustrated by the big box stores. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Bought a Mizuno glove at the same price as online. Jim went the extra mile and did a little more breaking in on my son’s glove he had with him too. For Jim it’s all about helping kids and enjoying your job. Help out a tiny business in the era of online and no customer service! In my mind gloves especially are so personal you can’t buy one online, it has to be tried in person. I’m dropping my old mitt off for a re-lacing next. Cheers”
“Came in for the first time at this store to make my first ever snowboard purchase, and their shop manager Bryce spent what had to have been easily an hour or more helping me decide which board / bindings / boots would be best for me given the budget I provided, as well as giving me just a ton of general knowledge about snowboarding and things to consider. He helped me completely set up my board / bindings and get it ready to use while being super patient with me as I asked for adjustments etc. Super friendly / chill staff and was an amazing stress-free experience overall. Really happy I came here and will definitely be coming back for anything else I need for snowboarding!”

“The most unique REI store in the United States. They have a small outdoor park for you test equipment and even a small track to test your bikes. Very nicely decked out and the customer service is very good. Lots of staff constantly looking out for ways to help you out.”

“This is definitely the right place to go! This is only my fourth day in and when I went to get my bow sighted somewhere else they didn’t give me no where near the same advice as Nock point. The knowledge I learned was so critical and realistic for my hunt I have coming up. Not only was the staff outstanding but the other customers that were present were very encouraging and gave me a family vibe. If you come in ask for David. “I brought an old boat hitch that had a rusty stuck bolt on it to Seattle Water Sports. After trouble shooting my problem they were able to unscrew this bolt using a huge wrench and pipe. When it came time to pay the bill they said it was “free”. I was very surprised they did this and highly recommend them to anyone. They seemed very knowledgeable on all aspects of boating, even helping me loosen a stuck nut on an old boat hitch.”
