“Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better.

Afterwords, we did a speed test and the results were night and day. If you ever need help with your devices and/or your services go in the Columbia center location and ask for Jonathan!!”
