“Ethan was amazing! He opened the door for us when we walked in, greeted us, and was very quick to fulfill my request. He even changed my screen protector for me, and it looks and feels perfect! On our way out, he held the door for us once again and was very polite. 5 minutes in and out! Will definitely be asking for him whenever we need to go back!”

I had a tough upgrade and transfer of data and she saw us luddites through it all with grace and a sense of humor.
Partnering with her was Esther who seems to be able to access the AI hive mind and help you figure out any roadblock or barrier.
Altogether, even considering how many hours it took to finalize my 16 Pro Max, I’m happy to say these people are humans you are glad to spend time with.
Hannah went beyond and above the call of duty even responding to desperate texts off hours and was genuine, delightful, and so helpful. The teaming at Verizon on Clearwater is really beautiful.

“My 2 1/2 year old Samsung phone stopped receiving texts. Called the main number and they couldn't help me. Went to the local store and she tried some things and couldn't fix it. Had to buy a new phone. I'm not happy that I had to shell out $200 for Samsung's problem. Lady at local store was very helpful but not everything changed over from the old phone and some of the apps are not working properly. Will go back to see if they can help me.”

The employee didn't seem that knowledgeable but very will to go out of their way to help. I was able to get all my items with no more hiccups.”

“I've been to 3 different location the valley and out of those this one had the best customer service. They truly care about my device going home with me the same day. I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”
