The first rep I spoke to, Maria, was very kind and helpful, and cheerfully got me over to the right department, which is where I encountered Ida. Ida was *wonderful*. She expressed professional concern for our situation, offered solutions, and explained everything very thoroughly... and as if that wasn't enough, she did so with a genuine smile in her voice. Much appreciation to Nuvision for the employees they hire, because if the two I spoke to yesterday are any indication, this is a fantastic company, with good people working for them. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.”

“Great staff! from top down at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made the process simple and easy. I am aware that the same service can take more than a day at other banks/credit union. My husband and I were impressed. My puppy was happy, too - he was treated with dog biscuits :)I've seen many "not so good reviews" about Chase Bank, but so far our experiences have been wonderful. We have been customers since 2022. I've gone to Burien branch, Southcenter branch and today we were referred to Kent Meridian branch. All of the branches provided great customer service and staff are friendly and professional.We were provided with the superb service at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager Lu went above and beyond providing the service we needed. Lu was kind enough to help us between calls, so we didn't have to wait long. Max was great/ knowledgeable and we will continue to work with him during the upcoming months.Also, we were welcomed as we walked in by a man behind the counter and informed of a quick short wait. He was friendly and courteous.The branch is super clean and welcoming. It even has a table for kids to entertain - stickers and drawing, etc. and a cookie jar. “I've had a really great experience with this credit union, and I have used them for two car loans. My truck was totaled and the gap insurance, Safe-Guard Gap, is dragging their feet on covering the gap(will never use them again), but my payment with Harborstone is due and I walked in and the manager, Dennis, was very helpful. He informed me of what will be happening with this loan, and he made me feel much better about not being able to cover my loan and told me that he will note my account so I don't get collector calls because of my situation. I have had great experiences both in person and over the phone and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.”
