“Always on time, and helpful. David is a very good maintenance worker with multi experience. I do hope if Pleasant Bay plants a tree for every comment given it works to make sure the trees and shrubs here get enough water when it is hot and dry. Some areas get watered but there are no water for the ones near the end of apts B otherwise great place and David is awesome!”

I moved in 2 months ago, it is safe, clean, and the management team is great with communication and always responsive to service requests, Nick has gone out of his way many times to help me move heavy packages. “This community is new, elegant, modern and the appliances are top of the line! The new management and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Shout out to Natalia, the housekeeper, she works very hard in ensuring the community is clean at all times. They truly care. The Bosch appliances, waterfall Quartz, bidets, and heated floors are EXTREMELY amazing to find in an apartment community. Most of the units here have a balcony and some expansive terraces. I love it here! It is located on Central Way and it has PCC in the building. The location is SUPERB. This is the place to be in DT Kirkland!”
