Even though I was their customer for year or so! They had my phone number in their system, they could even trace all my shopping in their shop. But yet they didn't want to help me with my return.
From that day on I go only to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”
“This is the hub for this area, so it's always got everything. I’ve swung by a few times for random stuff: oil, wipers, a dead battery situation, and every time they’ve helped me out without making it a big deal.
The staff is cool, not pushy. If you know what you need, they’ll grab it. If you don’t, they’ll take a minute and help you figure it out. I had a dude come out and test my battery on the spot, no hassle.
Prices are decent, usually competitive with the other auto stores. They’ve got a rewards program too, which is a nice little bonus if you’re in there more than once or twice a year.
Overall, it’s just a solid go-to when your car’s acting up or you're trying to keep up on maintenance. No drama, no pressure, just easy and reliable.”

He shifted his schedule around and accommodated me for an early install. I was also in the middle of moving and asked if he could have the car ready around 3, he went above and beyond and finished at 1. He took the time to explain every little thing about the systems with me and let me ask any questions without making me feel stupid.
