I especially appreciate the onboarding process, where the coaches ensure your familiarity with the different exercises and that you're using the proper form, so that you can get the most of your workouts. “Due to my back issue, I hesitated to attend the gym. But my friend Erika recommended PA, praising the kind staff and fitness coaches. Consequently, I enrolled in a trial session last January and found myself highly satisfied with the overall experience.

The highlight of my experience in PA is when Ravi and Jacque modified some of my routine to make it safe for my back. I really appreciate how they check on me after each class, asking “How is your back?” or “Does anything hurt?” I truly appreciate these kinds of gestures, honestly, because I feel like they really care and looking after you.

Overall, each session has contributed to my strength improvement, and I have had a positive experience with them. ☺️”

“I’ve been going to Blinn Fitness for personal strength training since August 2023, starting with one day per week and now up to three days per week, working with two of their trainers to get the benefit of both of their experiences and styles (Maidie Knight and Elijah Jordan). I’ve never been a “gym” person because of the way some commercial gyms can lend themselves to cookie cutter operations and a superficial interest in your health. Not to mention a very bland aesthetic and stereotypical equipment. Based on what I observed from Brandon Blinn’s instagram account, Blinn Fitness was investing in their clients and ensuring the gym has diverse equipment and trainers and the aesthetic is anything but bland! They have created a community of health professionals that is so safe, supportive, fun, and STRONG!”

“This gym is the best for all ages especially young athletes. i have came here everyday for the past 3 years and the results have never been better. I play Ice hockey and it has BOOSTED my performance on and off the ice. I the staff and owners are the nicest people and always help with any questions you might have about the workout and even your form to make your performance in the gym even better. If your worried that you wouldn’t be able to compete a workout there just know you can always modify things to help yourself”

“2025 Review

I will caveat this by saying I have since left the US and have not been a member for at least 3 years. However I do believe in givbing credit where its due. I have been recently having muscoskeletal issues due to flat feet which I have had my whole life. During my physiotherapy appointments I just realised that its not that the issues suddenly started, but during my time in the US as a member of Bstrong the issues that should have inevitably happened where actively prevented by my regular classes at Bstrong. Without me even realizing it. At the time my main motivation was to lose weight but clearly the programming at Bstrong is so intentionally devised for overall wellness that it prevented complications of fallen archs for me without even realising it. Its unfortunately only now I am realising this. I have fond memories of the gym and hope that it has remained largely the same if not better. As someone with no Bstrong, I highly recommend this gym for your overall wellness.

2020 Review

I have been going to this gym regularly since I live nearby. Its the best in the area due to so many reasons. The workouts are very effective - I have become stronger this past year thanks to them (+ losing 20+ lbs ?). The instructors are very kind, attentive and care about all the members. I was especially touched during the initial days of the pandemic - they found ways to keep everyone active and healthy - virtual workouts, youtube workouts, regular articles on healthy living. The community is also fantastic - before the pandemic we used to have get-togethers occasionally, which I loved. Everyone is very kind. Bstrong is not just a gym- its a fitness community ❤️”

“The best gym eastside of Seattle. Extremely cheap rates and even cheaper if you have a friend referral. The populace is small here, just like the cozy gym. However, all the tools you need are here and high quality. The gym is ran by an awesome owner and it definitely feels local and not a corporate gym with many rules.”

I’m also a physical therapist who works with athletes, so I’m extremely picky when it comes to coaching quality. When I moved back to Seattle, I checked out several gyms in the area, and PUSH Box was the clear winner.
The coaches here are truly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. The community is engaged and friendly, and the programming stacks up with the best you’ll find anywhere in the country. One of my favorite aspects is that every class includes athletes across the full fitness continuum with beginners training right alongside highly advanced athletes.

“I joined EFL almost a year ago at the recommendation of a colleague and wish I joined sooner. The workouts are always a challenge, and it changes regularly so you never get bored. I appreciate how the coaches actually pay attention and will correct your form and provide feedback. All the coaches are the most down to earth people and genuinely care about their members. Despite being a boutique gym in the heart of Bellevue, there is absolutely no pretentiousness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gym community.”
