“I wanted to give a shout out to the assistant manager Nick that works at this facility. I was an unfortunate victim of fraud where someone broke into my phone to assume my identify and purchase several devices under my name. They also activated numerous phone lines and locked me out of my account. I spent two days with Nick and he helped me every step of the way. He was determined to resolve our case before we left. We honestly would have been lost without him. Carrie is another employee that works with him that is phenomenal. If you are ever having trouble with your service I highly recommend to visit this store. They are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much Nick.”

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”
