“I've used this location a lot, I think its alright. Most of the time I have no issue, easiest thing is to create the shipment online and they mail you a barcode, which you can scan in store and attach to your package. Sometimes the email doesn't send though, and then the UPS store staff doesn't really care and charges you to print out the label, which is pretty dumb so I'm rating it lower for that. Not really the store's fault but more so on UPS”

Much like all of the businesses located in Capital Hill, this place has only street parking available. And it's popular before the end of the day, so plan accordingly.
The location has boxes and packaging in-house for purchase as well as office supplies and candy!
Staff is friendly, and I love the homely vibe of this spot. There were birds churping and people stopping by, whether it's the regular or the newby like me.

“I just sent a mail to Ho Chi Minh City one week ago and today my family already received the package. The original plan was 20 days. It was extremely fast. The service is very fast. “I am a long time Pony Express customer. I was admittedly heartbroken to learn Mike had moved on from the business after so many lovely years. Every Christmas season I would ship all of my gifts to family back East as Pony always has excellent one-stop shipping and a diversity of rates for everything you need. However I most looked forward to seeing Mike. He was a pleasure to speak with and a hilarious guy. Having quick silly banter with Mike was what I looked forward to most at Christmastime. “I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”

“Love Hong and have had a po box here years. There can be some communication issues at times and for international mailing as well as standard postal flat rate type things you are best to go through USPS because CCParcel Post offers UPS and FEDEX and they will always be more expensive. But for convenience and general care and safety of my packages when they get delivered I have appreciated and used CCparcel post for 10 plus years now. And when u know you want to go with UPS or just want to drop off a package for outgoing UPS they are great. No lines.”

“I have been a box customer here for 3 years. Kevin (“the Asian guy”) is direct and forward, not rude. He is very helpful when you need him, is always patient with me even when I have a ton of returns or come in 5 minutes before closing. He’s even walked stuff out to my car before.
The Amazon kiosk and drop off makes returns easy. If you ask for help, one of the employees will help you.
There’s street parking in the front. I think a lot of these reviews are misunderstandings. I’m nice to them so all the UPS employees are nice and helpful to me. Simple reciprocity.”
