“Place has improved since then. Packages are scanned faster, they have their packages more organised. Since my last review I've had one mail from another inbox scanned into mine but they caught the mistake before I picked up. No other issues.
The store was adding the party city section and my missing packages likely got mixed up in that transition in staff and inventory.
I also buy stationary here frequently for work.
Store staff are really helpful and nice.

I usually pick up packages here all the time. I used to have no issues when they had their pickups by the printing area. Ever since moving their pickups to front desk I have had issues:
1. Some staff not asking for ID consistently. This is a big security issue.
2. Unscanned items being left on the front desk, unsupervised.
3. Store is understaffed, front desk is almost consistently empty.
Currently I have 4 confirmed packages missing, and Staples response, from the Store Manager is that it's 'impossible'. I have attempted to pick these up 2 other times, and I have called for an update -- they are still missing. They are confirmed to be delivered, but nobody has checked the footage.
They should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. These are packages from 2 different providers, and 4 unique parcels. For one package to go missing -- sure, bad luck -- but 4? I can't get all of them resent to me. Fortunately one of them I can get resent but the rest are a lost cause.
I will be moving my mail elsewhere, Staples has lost my trust.”
“Great experience here. I was very disappointed today with the behavior and snobbish attitude of a staff at the Crossroads location of USPS. I decided to come here seeing the good rating, and I was not disappointed at all. The staff here was very amicable, helpful, and caring. Although, Crossroads branch is nearer to my place, I will always come back here in the future.”
“The owners are very very nice. However I do wanna point out that if you want your package delivered in timely manner, there might be one day delay due to carrier picking up from this location. Their rate ideally should be the same as the other post office, but still could be a few dollars more expensive than the online price sometimes. Overall the experience wasn’t bad. Not many people there so you don’t have to wait in line (good choice for holiday seasons).”

“Pak Mail in Bellevue is fantastic. I recently went in for a fingerprinting appointment, which is usually a tedious chore, but Inderjit made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly efficient, timely, and his great conversation and humor completely broke up the awkwardness of the finger-scanning process.
The shop itself is in a great location, runs a tight ship, and offers a massive variety of services at very reasonable prices. Love supporting small business owners who run things this well. Highly recommend.”

“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.
Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“When my local UPS store in fairwood left me in a bind with printing a poster for an event I am having next day I called Staple. Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away,was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!”

“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”
“What a neighborhood gem! The two young people, their names are Fantasy and Sincere, who worked at this place are kind and delightful. After spending sometime browsing the cards, I picked two only to find that I had no money, just my iPhone. They don’t take Apple Pay, so Sincere just gave me the cards. We exchanged jokes and laughed together. Please take you postal needs to Fantasy and Sincere. You will find that they live up to their names, and you will leave the store happy. I did walk back and paid for my cards to keep my credit with them.”

“I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store. I showed up last-minute needing to ship a custom sign (6.5' x 3') overnight to New York, after my own DIY box attempt failed. Manu, the manager, didn't hesitate - she confirmed on the spot that she could build a custom box for it.
She spent serious time on it: multiple layers of bubble wrap, went through what felt like an entire roll of packing tape, and combined two boxes to get the size and structure right. I walked out completely confident the sign would arrive without a scratch, which was honestly my biggest worry going in.
Professional, skilled, and clearly cared about getting it right. So glad this store is close to home - can't recommend Manu and her team enough.”
