“The Junction Apartments in downtown Bothell is a great place to live, The convenience to local restaurants and shops is terrific. The views out the window shows the best of the Northwest. The amenities in the complex are top notch as well. All in all, a great place to live.”

“I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation.So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack.I would definitely recommend this apartment.”

“Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.”
“Staff here is amazing. Maintenance is especially great here. Everyone that I've worked with has been competent, communicative, and respectful. Tony has been around for awhile and is always extremely professional. Dennis just fixed some shelving for me on very short notice and did so efficiently.
The staff is what makes me like living here!”
“I’ve had a great experience at the Waterline Apartments. The location is convenient, the amenities are a huge plus, and the community is cared for.
Kellie has been especially wonderful to work with, she’s always helpful, responsive, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs! Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s quick to respond and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. Living in the city means there’s some typical city noise, but that’s simply part of urban living and to be expected. Apartment living isn’t always perfect, but living at the Waterline is about as close to perfect as it gets. I would absolutely recommend living here!”
“Honestly my favorite place to live. It’s perfect for me; the location of the building in the city, the location of my apartment in the building itself, never had a bad neighbor, never heard a neighbor in my apartment really, it’s always cleaned, the trash is convenient, it’s secured access, it has a Amazon locker, 2 levels for parking garage, the doggy bags and dog treats are a real big plus for Trixie our dog and so much more I can’t think of. It’s just great here. I am actually afraid to move because I don’t think I’ve liked a place this much lol. Luckily that isn’t anytime soon. So far been here for almost 3 years. Seriously love it!
The staff is all great (Cory, Rick, Mayra and Flor for a call out ??) and everyone else has always been a pleasure to talk with/work with as well.”

The maintenance crew was always very prompt, professional and kind. They handled everything from unclogging the drains, to making ADA modifications for our grandmother. Nothing but amazing things to say about their team.
We have never had a bad experience with the staff working in the leasing office, but Ariana has always been especially kind.
We loved our time here and wish we could afford to stay longer.”

What it really stood out was how he took the time to listen to our specific needs. He showed us a couple of the apartments and explained all the details from filling out the application to the last detail until we move in. I’m definitely applying to live in one of these apartments.”
“I live there for 2 years, Felicia was very helpful during the time I was desperate to find a place she makes the things so easy and fast, She was very friendly and understandable.
My family loved the community gathering Kayla and Felicia created they do a great Pool party, Halloween costume party, a Mario kart party and K-pop party team that We will miss them.
Adam and Kyler, are over the top with the maintenance request they work really fast with efficiency They are very responsive and clean with their fixes.

“I had an AMAZING experience with the leasing consultants here at HighGrove. I’m new to the area and not only were the HighGrove consultants admirably patient with me, but they were incredibly knowledgeable, and hospitable. This is my first time leasing too, so moving in its entirety has been intimidating, but the team at HighGrove made it A LOT less intimidating for me. I came in with a lot of uncertainty and left a lot more confident, thanks to Chloe and Kayla.”
“I thought I posted on here when I moved but I completely forgot!My husband and I lived at Carvel from October 2018-2023 and loved every minute of it!We moved to be closer to family since we recently had a daughter but if that wasn't the case we would still be living in Carvel.The matinence team is always so nice and great with communication and the office stuff is the same.We also had a few noise complaints over the 5 years that were taken care of immediately.I see some complaints about parking but if you abide by the rules it's never an issue.I would absolutely recommend this complex!-Kirstie, Sean and Piper Youso”

With our new property manager I had to update my review as she has done a great job at coming in and making sure things are being followed, work gets done fast, she’s very nice and easy to talk with, proactive, she has managed to fix our parking issues and doesn’t seem to do things out of spite like our previous manager Eric. We were super frustrated we were going to have to stay here another year but having Ellen here has made those frustrations go away.
Original message (1 star)- I want to keep this brief, but our experience here has become incredibly frustrating. Management has now admitted that they tow vehicles to pressure tenants to move out, and they have no idea which cars actually belong here. The parking situation can be a nightmare, though it's slightly better now with so many people having moved out. Unfortunately, we've seen many residents leave after facing similar issues, and I wish more of them had left reviews to share their experiences. Overall, we're extremely disappointed with how management has handled or well.. ignored things. Strongly suggest to look elsewhere!”
“My friend said she had some issues with her move as far as maintenance, but the Maintenance supervisor at Axis was very nice and did and awesome job fixing everything and I'm very happy for her!!! Way to go Maintenance!”
