“I lived here for two months and had to leave for personal reasons unrelated to the complex. Management was very understanding and kind in letting me leave early.Also, the walking paths and landscaping is wonderful. Maintenance is prompt at fixing issues. And the apartments are nice. Zero complaints and highly recommend!”
“Resident for 4+ years here. Spiteful reviews on this listing are from bad apples who bothered other residents in illicit ways, particularly women. Mary Tan is an absolute gem who provides you with undivided attention and help. Nearby businesses are as nice as you can get (The Newberry Square Market and T2 — just great!). Maintenance staff are some of the nicest people you can work with when you have a request. If my review hasn't already put you at ease, take a look at Jak's from a few months ago! Good news is that bad neighbors have moved out by now thank god.”
“The Current is a wonderful community & the office staff are amazing! Nicole and Kionna genuinely care about residents, and it has made my beautiful home feel even more cozy knowing this. They do fun resident events monthly & I always love to see the cute "pet of the month" signs in the elevator :). The gym is massive, which is rare for apartment communities - so I feel lucky to have access to such a great facility. Maintenance is always on top of their game, my first request I put in was responded to within a couple of hours! Highly recommend.”
“I had the opportunity to stay here for work for about three months both the staff and residents were delightful. It was a very welcoming place for my little pup and me. The facilities and grounds are well maintained and the location is convenient for quick walks to many restaurants and fun shops. Somehow, it is still very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!”
“As an industrial technician myself, I am proud of the professionalism and the skill sets the maintenance personnel at Woodcreek Apartments possess. I had three tickets in and the maintenance guys showed up the next day and got them solved in less than thirty minutes. That was quite outstanding and deserved to appreciate.”
“I lived here for 8 months and it was a great experience! Maddi and Hali are very friendly, informative, and attentive. They are both very prompt to respond to phone calls and emails!The property has a wonderful pool/hot tub space, great gym (for an apartment complex), and an indoor basketball court which was utilized one evening as a community paint and sip night! I love that they have events for tenants to attend! Another great feature is the 24/7 indoor amazon parcel lockers. The property has an ample amount of parking in addition to the one spot that comes with your unit with a monthly fee.Tony, the main maintenance guy was always on top of it! Anything that needed replacing he was quick to get in contact with you and set up a time to come and fix your request. He even helped me move my dresser into the recycling bin when I was moving out!Two things I was unsatisfied with-1) The valet trash company would not come everyday or they would skip over our unit- which is frustrating because we pay $25/mo for valet trash service in addition to the utility trash charges.2) During the initial lease signing, it was not disclosed that an additional $3 for pest was going to be charged every month. The cost wasn't the issue, it was the discovery of having an additional monthly fee.My time at The Seasons was very pleasant and I would most definitely recommend!”

“My husband and I lived at Griffis for about six years, and were in three different units during that time. Management has changed a couple of times since living here, but the current team is really great. I don't think I have ever gone to voicemail when calling the office, and the team responds quite quickly to emails as well.What I don't understand, are the negative reviews in regards to the noise level of neighbors, as the complex doesn't really have much control over that (especially during "normal" hours). However, when I have called the office to inform them of loud banging (hammering, etc.) and other unreasonable noises, I was always assured that they would call around and try to get to the bottom of it. Writing a negative review because you can hear your neighbors walking upstairs doesn't really make much sense to me, as it has nothing to do with the complex as a whole.Griffis is also incredibly dog friendly! The fact that you can have three pets is great, but it does also drastically limit where you could potentially move in the future. The entire place is very walk-able, with sidewalks connecting the entire community, as well as lots of grassy areas to potty dogs. (It would be nice if there were a few more dog poop stands, though).The amenities are also very nice! One recent review that I saw said that the gym is small, but that is very much untrue. Griffis has, by far, the biggest apartment gym that I have experienced, as well as many different types of equipment. The pool does get closed quite often, which I'm sure is very frustrating for people who want to use it, but my husband and I never did.The only thing that happened in my six years here that really frustrated me was when my car bumper got completely ripped off on one side because of a piece of rebar sticking out of the parking block by over an inch, and upon emailing the community manager in hopes of getting some sort of compensation for repairs, or at the very least for the rebar to be removed, I never received a response. It has been over a year and I still haven't fixed my bumper as it is very pricey.Ultimately, the reason my husband and I decided to move to a different apartment is because of the increase in rent every year. It has been a $130-140ish increase per month for the last couple years, and we just cannot save for a house when paying over $2500 for a 2b 1b. However, we certainly appreciate Griffis a lot more after moving to our current apartment. If we weren't saving for a house we would absolutely move back to this place!”
“Just moved in and I'm absolutely loving the complex!Management was super helpful during the move in process and I love the unit. Layout makes great usage of square footage, feels bigger than it is as a result. Lots of little perks (in unit w/d, new kitchen appliances,lots of closet space etc) that come together for a great experience. Super friendly community that's made me feel right at home.Best of all the views of lake Washington are flat out AMAZING!!!”

“Called in a maintenance request and had Viet Ngo, one of the Maintenance Tech's out to fix it within 10 minutes! Came in, fixed it quickly and efficiently; the whole time I barely noticed he was there. Absolutely outstanding service! Would give ten stars if I could!”

“I recently moved in to a unit at Arabella and I couldn't be happier. The building is nice, and the maintenance and front office staff are even nicer. Shane especially has been very helpful with all of my questions after moving in and has been very responsive and thorough. I really appreciate the whole crew that is working on helping make our residence as pleasant as possible!”

“Older but very spacious and nicely remodeled apartments. We lived here for a year and half and never had any major issues. Manager and maintenance were always happy to help if needed. Grounds are cleaned weekly. Additional parking is available for purchase. Location and the cost of rent for 3 bedrooms, you can’t beat that!”

“The staff at Axis are always nothing but professional, kind and caring, despite the constant flow of residents they assist daily. They have always treated myself and my clients with respect and dignity, and are my favorite apartment complex to work with. Complicated processes are made easier with their attention to detail and straight-forward instructions. I especially appreciate Mo, who goes above and beyond in her communication, kindness and thoroughness no matter who she is working with. Thanks for all the great work y'all do!! “This is a very nice apartment complex. It feels safe and clean. There are nice families walking around, kids playing on the playground, and people walking their dogs a lot of times which contribute to a nice lively, family oriented atmosphere.”
“Great place to start a family with your first child, or two. Safe neighborhood, as well as storage next door. And many grange/ parking options. Could use a dog park, or some entertainment area. Other than that, this place is a great place to call home. New, updated apartment homes, with modern features, including soft close cabinets, and toilet seats. New flooring, as well as smart tech appliances/sensors for optimal safety, and savings on utilities. Consider this place home. And I'm sure you won't regret it!”

“Had a one year lease with Highgrove, and as our first apartment, we absolutely loved it. We had the pleasure of having Batul as our leasing agent until the very end, and she was always communicative and doing the best of her ability to always help accommodate us!The only reason for 4 stars is because we wish maintenance would’ve fixed our bathtub. They originally painted over it so it got chipped and rusted by the drain.”

“I don't live here. My daughter does. She seems to like it but she's young and d*** still. It's very close to Mariner high (that's not a pro or a con, it just is) and there's a Taco Bell like 3 min away so.... I don't think there have been any fires recently. Maybe 4 stars is too generous. ??♂️”

“I had an issue that needed repair over a weekend so, I called the afterhours number. I left a message for maintenance to call me. I recieved a call from the manager and explained my issue. She called maintenance person on call. Logan came promptly from Arlington with tools and supplies. He was able to diagnosis and repair the problem quickly. He even cleaned the area when finished. Thank Logan, for your promptness and professionalism. You saved me from worry that it would have turned into a bigger issue.”

“Good people are very friendly not rude willing to do things right not bringing in the homeless and drugs like fentanyl and blue's and others and their services for families are good for the safety of their people and willing to help those who can live in the environment with out risks of others safety the other place where me and my other half mean girlfriend had let them know about situations and I felt like they didn't care about others and most likely some of the residents who live in the place where I was told me I'm getting ur name and writing u up in the report and by law u don't have any authority to do so that is by law confrontation with a resident so they can not do that it is against ada meaning by law people who disgrace people who have disabilities and slightly disorders by law people who do that they can not judge someone else's life when honestly they can admit their own personal life by what they done so before u judge someone else's life clearly doesn't mean ur life isn't any better than mine.”
