“I didn't buy anything from Everett Vacuum but that's why I'm giving a 5 star rating. I have to take a ferry to get to their location so they did phone trouble shooting and pointed me to a solution (new dyson battery) that I bought directly from Dyson. They told me how to make sure it was the right fit etc. Took a fair amount of time doing it, They will get my business in the future, can't recommend them more!”

We recently purchased a new microwave and our salesman Jayce Wilbur was so helpful. He talked us through the various models taking his time to explain each thoroughly with us.

“We recently moved and one of our biggest worries was that we would have trouble fitting a laundry center in the tight and narrow space that was dedicated for it. We called Albert Lee to ask for their input and they were so friendly and helpful. We let them know the machine we were interested in and we sent them pictures of the laundry space, the narrow hallway that the machine would have to fit through, and all dimensions. After they said they could install the machine, we were able to order it over the phone and the machine arrived 3 days later. The delivery/installation team was great! Very friendly and informative, and they were able to successfully install the machine without any issues! All in all, excellent customer service from the beginning, friendly and informative. They even said we could refuse delivery and get a refund in the event that the machine could not be installed, since we did our due diligence with providing pictures and measurements. Would recommend Albert Lee to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for our appliance needs.”

“Judd & black is great.I have been dealing with them for 25 years. The repair people are great chase has been to my house several times over the years he does a great job every time and Big Chad, the salesman makes every transaction easy and seamless, sometimes I do not have time to wait for delivery.So I call him on the phone and pick it up at the warehouse you will not find a big box store with this kind of service. The whole transaction takes me less 5 minutes. It is the only place I know you can get quality appliances in the same day if they have it in stock, you can pick it up at their warehouse, quick and easy.”

I was there for the Amazon pick up but had never been to one of their establishments prior and they were kind enough to fill me in on how they benefit and serve their customers. Neat concept with an impressive assortment of deals and items. They had furniture to electronics and more. “Best supply house in the area. All the counter guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Even if they don’t necessarily carry a specific brand/part they will go out of their way to help find who does and/or point in the right direction. Although, they carry a lot, or at the very least can access pretty much anything in the HVAC world. All the counter guys go the extra mile every single time.”

“Wow!! Today was the best service I have ever received at this location. We have been shopping here for 5 years and today we had a whole experience! We went for 40 cinder blocks, 6 bags of pea gravel and 8 bags of soil. We expected to load it all ourselves but Omar and Emanuel offered to help when they saw us coming back with empty flat beds. What a treat! Those two guys are amazing and deserve to get a shout out! Thank you so much gentlemen.”

“HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”
“This store is by far my favorite Home Depot location. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable in finding the correct items for my many projects. This past weekend was no exception. As I wondered starring eyed in to the lumber department (this department is definitely not my area of expertise) I was greeted by an employee that not only helped me pick out the correct pieces of wood, he also used their giant saw to cut them to measurements I needed.Thank you for the great service!”

“I cannot say enough good things about my multiple uses of the rental department. Mike was the one who originally helped me as I popped in recently to rent a truck. I was having difficulty with the website so i figured id gamble and see if i could rent same day. Mike had me set in less than 10 minutes and it was seamless. I used the truck and brought it back which again was quick and painless. Unfortunately, when I got out to my car I realized my battery died from leaving the lights on. Jose and Noah both took the time to help Jumpstart my car so I could continue my project. I will forever use this rental department and am just so appreciative of their work ethic.”

I would have given 5 stars just for the Seahawks bench in the office and the guys outside… the guy in the office seemed a little short and preoccupied with other things. But I won’t knock them for a job well done. In and out in hurry even though I wasn’t in a rush.”
