“I requested to be notified when/if an Eternal Fragrance Daphne arrived, and they followed through! I had contacted dozens of nurseries looking for this plant to no avail, it is a very hot commodity. The plant was $43 at McDaniel's, $132 on Monrovia's website.

The only downside is what the company website claims is in stock or even carried is almost always wrong.
This is fourth time I've gone to this location and the fourth time Ace's website was completely wrong. The knowledge and courtesy of their staff more than makes up for their online service but it doesn't mean my projects get done.”

I went up the street to Tacoma Screw and found exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the associate, Augustin, gave me some great recommendations for future repairs. That, and communication could have been a little better. Wish the stain was a little darker, but overall happy with our new front door.”
“I ran over the fiber glass inspection lid for my septic system with my lawn mower and the crew here not only helped us figure out what we need but also helped laugh along with us as we were cracking jokes about it in the store. “These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen!
I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen.

In mu opinion if your looking for anything related to steam or sauna and dont give them a shot you will probably over spend.

“Every time I visit this Ace, I always leave feeling appreciative that I have such a great store close to me. The staff always greets me warmly and checks in to make sure I’m finding what I need, never in a pushy way, always in a friendly, helpful way. If I ever have a question, even if the first person I ask doesn’t know the answer, they’ll always find someone who does and connect me with that person. I’ve never had to wander around looking for assistance, there’s always someone nearby and I never feel nervous asking them for help. Today was another great experience (honestly, they always are). I was gathering a bunch of paint samples, and Wyatt offered to begin mixing some colors for me while I chose the other colors I wanted. He was so patient and went out of his way to try to help me find a specific shade I couldn’t locate. I tend to worry about taking up too much time or being a bother, but Wyatt never made me feel that way. He was patient, genuinely happy to help, and never rushed me. When he wasn’t sure about something, he brought over another associate (who I unfortunately am unable to remember their name, you know who you are), who jumped right in to help as well. Both of them did everything they could to try to track down the color I wanted, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Wyatt and other associate, thank you for making my day and for always going the extra mile. This kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I really appreciate you both and the whole team at this store!”
“Fantastic customer service. Had an odd project with odd bolt configurations and they went to extra mile to get things done. Cut and drilled the boards I needed at no charge and saved me a tonne of time. Great selection perfectly organized. Staff was courteous and professional. Manager was great. Will be making it my go-to hardware store.
