“Without a doubt, champion, bolt and supply is the number one place to go, 100%! These guys will not only help you find your bolt, nut, flat metal, etc. they will even educate you if you have a question regarding their product. No longer do I have to spend hours in a box store, looking through unorganized containers to find the right part without any assistance. I can go here to buy one bolt and be in and out before I would have even found the correct aisle in a box-store. Many would say that you have to have a minimum order of $20 but that is no longer the case. You can come in and buy a single broken or missing part that you need to finish your project. “These guys are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for your pressure washing needs. They promised my pressure washer would be done in 5 business days, it was done the next day. Very reasonable prices. Last time I went to Ben’s, they tried to rip me off once they realized I was a residential customer. I had bought a nozzle from them the year before for $75, and the salesperson then tried to sell it to me for $170. I called him on it and he sold it for $90. I'd rather go to a place I don't have to worry about trust. Seattle Pumps has my business after 20+ years with Ben’s.”

And unlike the big box stores, the staff here was friendly and knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Price was good, too. Never going back to the big boxes!”

Took the order in via email, addressed all questions via phone, fulfilled my order early. No question I will return for future orders.”

“Chinook lumber is on my list of places i wish i would have shopped sooner. i always thought this was a store for pros, but when i finally had a lumber order large enough i figured i’d at least give them a chance to quote the order. they came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than the home center, including delivery, and quality of materials is much higher.Delivery came a day early, and was dropped unattended at my garage and ready for me to use whenever i got to it. the driver even noticed one of the items had slight damage during delivery and a replacement delivery for the damaged item showed up later that day without me even having to call about it. try getting that level of service from the home center!”

“I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.”

This has become my favorite place to shop for seasonal decorations and lawn and garden stuff. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate that while they have several self-check lines, they still have a couple of cashier run registers as well.”
