“I requested to be notified when/if an Eternal Fragrance Daphne arrived, and they followed through! I had contacted dozens of nurseries looking for this plant to no avail, it is a very hot commodity. The plant was $43 at McDaniel's, $132 on Monrovia's website. Thank you very much for helping me acquire this plant (three). I'm sorry I forget the gentlemen's name who called, but much appreciation to you and the garden center!”

“The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The only downside is what the company website claims is in stock or even carried is almost always wrong. This is fourth time I've gone to this location and the fourth time Ace's website was completely wrong. The knowledge and courtesy of their staff more than makes up for their online service but it doesn't mean my projects get done.”
5231 Evergreen Wy, Everett WA 98203
“Always a great place to find replacement tools, great discounts, and awsome variety of tools. The warranties alone are the main reason I keep coming back. Check it out and im sure you'll find something you didnt even know you needed.”
11630 Airport Rd, Everett WA 98204
“Great service. They had the exact parts I needed. I was looking for very specific, small screws for my computer that Home Depot didn’t carry. I went up the street to Tacoma Screw and found exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the associate, Augustin, gave me some great recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend this shop.”

“am not a handy person but have been trying to do some things on my own and with the help of Dave from Ace, I have been successful. For every kind of project I have had or with help needed with specific parts or drills, he has provided excellent guidance. He is kind, warm, and listens carefully to what I need and even seeks more guidance from other staff to get a second opinion. I do not write very many reviews but Dave is exceptional and I wanted to commend him and his service. What a gem.”

“Good selection of high quality tools. Staff can be very helpful. Prices are not usually listed though, and some specialty items are more expensive than expected. So if it seems super high, just ask.”

“This is THE must stop hardware store for any wannabe MacGyver who is trying to get stuff done. Forget about the big box hardware stores where you can't find any help... And if you do they aren't pleased to help you. Here at McLendon hardware not only are they helpful and very knowledgeable, they enjoy it! Fair prices and Nordstrom level service. I highly recommend McLendon hardware.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. They made a perfect set of replacement hoses for a Tool Convention Display. They were easy to talk with about the design and reuse of the existing fittings. I'll return for any future needs.”

“Working with knowledgeable people is priceless. The staff is helpful and most importantly they know plumbing. If your objective is just to get the cheapest price then go to Amazon, if you want to do your project right then aurora Plumbing is your best choice.”

“Very good prices, great people. Got my order quick, correct and damage free. It was a pleasure dealing with you guys. Will definitely come back for my next project. Highly recommend to check them out regardless the size of your project.”
9015 Vernon Rd #3, Lake Stevens WA 98258
“Overall, a good product at a reasonable price compared to a couple other companies. I think due to that though, they are missing a few details, like confirming stain match before piece is complete. That, and communication could have been a little better. Wish the stain was a little darker, but overall happy with our new front door.”
8310 Maltby Rd, Woodinville WA 98072
“I ran over the fiber glass inspection lid for my septic system with my lawn mower and the crew here not only helped us figure out what we need but also helped laugh along with us as we were cracking jokes about it in the store. We also thought we had the right size, ordered the wrong size, and the let us return it anyway. The best crew and will be back for future things!”

“Wonderful company. Has everything you might need for irrigation along with helpful staff who provide information and advice for the homeowner. Best to go in person versus taking up their time on the phone.”

“These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen! I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen. Thank y’all!!!!”

“A pleasure to deal with! They went out of there way to earn my business and left me completely satisfied. My sauna heater arrived in. Less than a week during the Christmas holidays and I live cross country! I was truly amazed at there aggressive pricing. No one came remotely close to what I paid. In mu opinion if your looking for anything related to steam or sauna and dont give them a shot you will probably over spend. I usually do not take the time to do reviews. But I have to say they earned it.!”

“Every time I visit this Ace, I always leave feeling appreciative that I have such a great store close to me. The staff always greets me warmly and checks in to make sure I’m finding what I need, never in a pushy way, always in a friendly, helpful way. If I ever have a question, even if the first person I ask doesn’t know the answer, they’ll always find someone who does and connect me with that person. I’ve never had to wander around looking for assistance, there’s always someone nearby and I never feel nervous asking them for help. Today was another great experience (honestly, they always are). I was gathering a bunch of paint samples, and Wyatt offered to begin mixing some colors for me while I chose the other colors I wanted. He was so patient and went out of his way to try to help me find a specific shade I couldn’t locate. I tend to worry about taking up too much time or being a bother, but Wyatt never made me feel that way. He was patient, genuinely happy to help, and never rushed me. When he wasn’t sure about something, he brought over another associate (who I unfortunately am unable to remember their name, you know who you are), who jumped right in to help as well. Both of them did everything they could to try to track down the color I wanted, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Wyatt and other associate, thank you for making my day and for always going the extra mile. This kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I really appreciate you both and the whole team at this store!”

“Fantastic customer service. Had an odd project with odd bolt configurations and they went to extra mile to get things done. Cut and drilled the boards I needed at no charge and saved me a tonne of time. Great selection perfectly organized. Staff was courteous and professional. Manager was great. Will be making it my go-to hardware store. And the drive through coffee shop next door was just fantastic.”

“Regretfully, I forgot the name of the insanely nice woman who helped me out on Saturday. Greeted me at the door, told me about a (relevant) sale when she learned what I was working on / needed to buy, and walked me through the store to find various items making my trip quick and delightful. Great job!!”

“Absolute stars here! I can’t remember the name Of the guy who helped me, Jason or Justin or something. He went out of my way and saved us on a commercial jobsite after our apprentice messed up and Ferguson was unwilling to stay open 5 more minutes, but these guys were absolute amazing! Thank you”

“Excellent location with outstanding customer service! The team is always kind and eager to assist. Everyone is consistently a pleasure to work with! Thank you! I especially appreciate the convenience of this store, as it allows me to purchase fuel as well as essential consumables and equipment in one stop.”
2417 Broadway, Everett WA 98201
“I have never walked in here with a need and not had them help me figure out what it is they can do for me, or if another store will have it. Extensive inventory of some of the strangest stuff you would never think you need for speciality hardware, but 99 percent of the time if its weird or you are wondering if they have it, they will. Awesome store, awesome people.”
1012 132nd St SW, Everett WA 98204
