“These guys are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for your pressure washing needs. They promised my pressure washer would be done in 5 business days, it was done the next day. Very reasonable prices. Last time I went to Ben’s, they tried to rip me off once they realized I was a residential customer. I had bought a nozzle from them the year before for $75, and the salesperson then tried to sell it to me for $170. I called him on it and he sold it for $90. I'd rather go to a place I don't have to worry about trust. Seattle Pumps has my business after 20+ years with Ben’s.”

He tried so hard to find the part for my toilet without any luck and he told me if I called the company they may send it to me sooner than he thought he could receive. I had to call twice as the first time after waiting 8 minutes I was disconnected and then when I called the second time after 15 minutes they were able to tell me they would overnite the part. I did purchase your sewer cleaning by his recommendation and am very pleased with the product. Thanks for everything. Don't use cheap connectors.
Soldering iron, solder, wire strips and marine heat shrink all here.
If you do it right you don't have to sit on the ground again repairing.

“Without a doubt, champion, bolt and supply is the number one place to go, 100%! These guys will not only help you find your bolt, nut, flat metal, etc. they will even educate you if you have a question regarding their product. No longer do I have to spend hours in a box store, looking through unorganized containers to find the right part without any assistance. I can go here to buy one bolt and be in and out before I would have even found the correct aisle in a box-store. Many would say that you have to have a minimum order of $20 but that is no longer the case. You can come in and buy a single broken or missing part that you need to finish your project. Champion has a lifetime customer with me. Thank you.”

There are knowledgable people at ACE who are available and more than willing to help.
Roger helped me find the product I was seeking and, also, he pointed-out where the location of the Dremel products in which I also expressed interest.
As I was paying for my chosen product, he asked if I had found the Dremel product I needed. That is what's called being attentive and caring about my experience in their store.
To visit this ACE, I drive much father than the Lowe's and Home Depot stores which are nearer to my home. It's worth...every time.”

“I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.”
