“I came to Canopy with a checkered banking past. They opened up my account and I STILL had some money management skills to learn and ended up overdrafting beyond what my finances could repair. They never sent me to collections and when I became more financially secure they worked a payment plan out with me and we reopened an account once I made good on my past due balance. They have always treated me like family, even though my troubles. I will never close my account with them. They have great loan options that I've built my positive credit with and they are so friendly and helpful in all that I need each month. I can honestly say I love my bank. Thanks Canopy. “Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”
