The ability to communicate in more than one language should be recognized by xfinity, and staff should be given a stipend for this added value to the customers. I was impressed by all agents, especially Odin. He and the manager worked hard to resolve our issues by explaining clearly, calmly and professionally. Though the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped, due to company policy, we felt satisfied that they did all they could to provide good service.”

After nearly three years we finally landed a competent technician to the house. Nathan was outstanding! He took his time to investigate the issues and resolved them. The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink. Until then, thank you Nathan for your high level of professionalism and willingness to assist with resolving our concerns. The Customer Service call center is worthless!”
