“We stopped in to stock up on puppy ice cream and a few things as our youngest GSD wad turning 6, once the staff found out they gave us a complimentary bday ice cream on top of our purchase as well as some snack packs. I was actually quite amazed at the place as my other half usually does the pet store visits, lots of different products at reasonable prices. The alt food selection was great as well, multiple coolers with varying options. I now see why the Mrs. goes here. Added a pic of the birthday girl adventuring later that day.”

“As an owner of a mini goldendoodle, you're always looking for the best groomers around to get their cut "just right". We have tried so many different groomers all the way in Bellevue, and I have to say this is the best groomer we've been yet.Daisy is 9lbs and already had shaggy short hair coming to this salon. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job evening out her body and trimmed her face super cute, just like the teddy bear I asked. They were also very timely, though usually grooming takes 3 or more hours understandably, they were able to finish her groom in 1 hour. She's nervous and skittish, flinch a lot during at home grooming so I know she can be challenging, but despite all that she came out so well groomed! The gifted bandana to finish off her look is just too precious. I highly recommend this salon for any high maintenance dogs, they really are so skilled in grooming these long haired dogs!”

“We showed up here for the first time last week to use the dog washing station. The gentleman behind the counter whom I assume is the owner was magnificent. He didn't even balk at there being a goth person in his store. He just interacted with us like human beings while we bathed our dogs. We brought our own towels just in case but ended up not needing them since there were clean towels rolled up and waiting for us. Our dogs even liked the gentleman, and one of them is prone to barking at strangers. He sold us an all natural frog shaped dental chew for our teething pup, and she loves it.NAVIGATION WARNING: It's hard to turn left to get into the parking lot since traffic likely won't allow, but there's a left turn a bit further down that will let you get turned around and reapproach so you can turn right instead.”

“We usually take a bath for our dogs at home since my dogs wont let groomers touch them. Doing everything at home, it was hassle and not enough equipment. We happened to find that this place offers self service dog wash.Staff were very helpful and friendly and walked us through on how to use facility. the facility is clean and well equipped . We will be back for sure”

“Amazing service! Most of the breeders wouldn’t return a text unless I had the questionnaire filled out or a deposit in. She seemed to know her stuff, asked questions to make sure we had the basics ready and tested before the baby was even in the cage. Found out I had to move stuff around to keep things safe. She explained the worries, I tested it and she was right. Pandemic makes things hard but she sends pictures of available babies if you text her.”

“I don’t know the name of my dog’s groomer but she did an amazing job!! My dog looked better than I expected and she was happy & relaxed when I picked her up so I know she was well taken care of. Their website said grooming starts at $85, i ended up paying $140 + tip (for reference, she’s a 60lb Labradoodle), so best prepare for that possibility. Price is a little steep but with the great work they did and that my dog had some matting, i’m not complaining. I’d definitely come back.”

“I got tired of hurting my back at home so I stopped by the Soggy Doggy a couple weeks ago to try out the self bathe option. The self wash set up is really great! The height is so comfortable and everything you need is right there. I decided to book some grooming visits, and Brittany gave both my cocker spaniel and my terrier mix absolutely lovely haircuts. They came home within a few hours clean, happy and adorable. Prices are very good for the quality of service, and check in and pick up were easy and quick. I will be back!”
