“This is a very good gym. The scheduled classes are dynamic and consistently provide varied routines that give me a welcome sense of variety. I especially appreciate the onboarding process, where the coaches ensure your familiarity with the different exercises and that you're using the proper form, so that you can get the most of your workouts. It really shows how they go above and beyond.”
“I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and 90% of my massages have been with Laura. She has been amazing! She really listens to where I’m hurting and works through the muscles with just the right amount of pressure. She is detailed, attentive, and highly professional. Highly recommend!”

“Valkyrie Strength and Conditioning is an awesome gym with a very welcoming vibe! The coaches are really encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are tough but totally doable as coaches will let you know all the modifications you can try to fit it to your level, and the community is really supportive. If you’re looking for a fun, motivating place to get stronger and fitter, this is the place to be!”
“I’ve been going to Barre3 in Edmonds for two weeks and I’m hooked! I love the clean and inviting environment, the friendly upbeat staff, and the variety of class options that are offered. Barre3 is a great workout - the different equipment options and modifications make it feel tough but doable from the start and something that you can continue to make challenging as you grow. I definitely recommend this studio!”
“It took me a long time to do crossfit again but I feel like I chose the best place. Jamie and her energy made me feel super confident and at home. The Endurance class with Leonor are fire. the best place and the best people ”
“My daughter has absolutely loved her training experience at Ekstasis! Every one of the trainers bring knowledge, enthusiasm, and close attention to the training sessions, to maximize her time spent. Highly recommend!”
“I’ve been a member at MKG for 3 years now and love it! The class sizes are perfect for some 1 on 1 attention, the camaraderie among other members is great and I love how the workout is already planned out for you- just show up and work out!”
“I'm house sitting up in this area for a few months so just started going to this location a few weeks ago, but love it. Easy parking, not super packed, coach Laura rocks, Cat rocks, Lisa rocks.. solid gym all around ?”
“Invictus is the best gym I’ve belonged to, one of the biggest reasons is just that- I’ve felt like I belonged there from the first day I walked in. Management knew my name and welcomed me.
I love the coaches and the sense of community. I love working out in a class where we encourage each other and where your classmates become friends.
I’ve never been stronger, but what keeps me coming back is the comaraderie.”

“Nothing but positives to say about the entire Fuelhouse Family — coaches and members. Incredibly welcoming and nonjudgmental. They offer a full range of services from one on one training to group classes. Challenging but approachable at the same time.”
“Absolutely loved working out here! Natalia led the class, and was such a great instructor, especially when it came to my form and technique with the barbell. One of the most challenging classes I’ve been to, and loved every single second of it. Awesome sound track, great vibe and love the sense of community. Will definitely return once I’m back in the area!”
“TruFusion is the BEST studio in Seattle!
Great vibes, excellent instructors and extreme cleaness makes it my go to studio everyday!
Bootcamp, Pilates and HIITribe are my favorites!”
“I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost a decade and have trained at many different gyms over the years. I’m also a physical therapist who works with athletes, so I’m extremely picky when it comes to coaching quality. When I moved back to Seattle, I checked out several gyms in the area, and PUSH Box was the clear winner.
The coaches here are truly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. The community is engaged and friendly, and the programming stacks up with the best you’ll find anywhere in the country. One of my favorite aspects is that every class includes athletes across the full fitness continuum with beginners training right alongside highly advanced athletes.
I’ve been a member for almost six months now and have no intention of ever leaving.”
“Having an individualized program for me is huge and has gone a long way to improving my strength and confidence. There is a depth of knowledge from the coaches/trainers that lets me know I’m in good hands. If you are looking for a place where you feel prioritized and your health cared for, this is the place.”

“After retiring from professional tennis, including representing my country in the Olympics and competing at big events around the world, I was searching for a gym that would keep me motivated while also offering a great community. Industrious has been exactly that—and more. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming and uplifting. It’s not just about the workouts (which are fantastic), but also about the people. I’ve felt really at home here and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a place to challenge themselves and have fun doing it.”
“The more I enjoy the gym I belong to, the more likely I am to visit. I was looking for a club with a good pool for my spouse to do laps in, where I could take classes (yoga), lift weights, and run on the treadmill. I also wanted the equipment to be highly available so I didn’t need to wait around, and the whole place to be clean and well maintained. There’s a lot of care and attention Seattle Athletic Club puts into having a clean, comfortable location. It’s always well staffed, there’s always parking, and they communicate with members about upcoming changes. They take care of the big things and the small things like hairdryers, cotton swabs, machines to wring out your swimsuit and bags, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, plenty of lockers with locks, large and small towels, and special social events. It’s a great place to work out - maybe even on those days you don’t quite feel like it.”

“What has kept me with Jazzercise for the last twenty-eight years (currently in the lovely Seattle-Ravenna location) was the sense of holistic well-being after each class and the derived energy ready for me to tackle the day. The movement and music are always so much fun. The strength training is always rewarding. And yes, the community, friendships and the collective energy are always supportive and inspiring.”
“F45 is my favorite gym in town. I love that everyone is welcoming and friendly, no matter your level of fitness. Coaches are very attentive to form to help prevent injuries. I’ve never had an issue with classes being full/not able to book when I want to go.”
“After a hiatus from exercise, I decided to give Lake Washington CrossFit a try a couple of years ago. It didn't take many classes to hook me. The coaches are excellent, and there's a supportive community of members. No matter what your physical capabilities or skills are, there's always an option for you. Unlike a lot of CrossFit gyms, there are other classes like Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman. LWCF has reinvigorated my passion for fitness, and I am grateful for Coach Nick and his team.”

“I love working out here! Whatever machine or equipment you need is available, with no waiting. Even during peak busy times, it never feels crowded. Matt, the new manager, has improved cleanliness of the gym and is always friendly.”
“My wife and I were traveling in the area and we wanted a place to get our CrossFit fix. Lynnwood CrossFit was fairly close to the hotel we were staying in and their website was very helpful with good information about class schedule and what workout to expect. We went to a 7am class where they were training squat cleans. The instructor was an experienced level 2 who had been doing CrossFit over a decade. The owner was helping private clients but made sure to say hello to us. The class was fun, the community welcoming, and the equipment was fairly clean and well maintained. This is a good example of a well run local CrossFit box.”

“I'm retired and had a friend who had been attending an Orange Theory Fitness center at a different location and recommended I check it out. I started slowly by going only 1-2 x / week and found the staff and coaches to be incredibly nice, supportive, and encouraging. I really appreciate the variety and the fact that I don't need to know how to maximize my workout.....all I need to do is what the coaches tell me to strive for as each workout continues. After a few months, I decided to increase my workout frequency to 5-6 times per week and, at 68, am more fit than I have ever been in my life! I can always count on OTF to be a positive part of every day. I appreciate them all and would highly recommend that anyone interested in improving their level of fitness, check them out.”

“This place is awesome! I’ve been to two classes here, dance club with Medora and the Afrobeats class and both were doable for a first timer. I have had dance class experience, but I had never been to these classes before and the way they are formatted means that you can scramble along even if you’ve never been there before. There are 2 to 4 minute songs, and the eight counts are repeated so you can pick it up after a while. I can see where if you come from week to week, you would have the dances down like the rest of the class. The biggest, and most lovable thing about community fitness is the warm and friendly reception I’ve had each time I’ve come there. Not just by the teachers but by the class members . I always seem to have a conversation or get high-fives or encouragement from the people around me. They have towels and water and lots of space to store Your stuff. Registration is efficient, parking isn’t terrible in that area. I’m excited to try more classes even though I live about 30 minutes away from here.”

“Great gym experience, tried a lot of different gyms over the past 30 years, this is the first one that really helped to get my body right. Definitely try their personal training options, well worth the expense. Great coaching staff.”
“Im a newbie to weightlifting and recently completed their intro program, which was excellent. The coaches are so caring and really make sure you get the movements right! The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. 10/10 recommend.”
